Outstanding service from luke Vecchione who has been excellent at answering all questions and concerns regarding my soon to be property. Also very welcoming when answering the phone which is always very lovely and positive. This is my first property and as you can imagine I hadn't had a clue about anything and he's been more then helpful explaining everything in detail and also a short phone call away, very easy to get in touch with him which is also very good in need of information. Over all luke has been an absolute diamond. Would definitely recommend Martin and co oxford to anyone :)

I don't expect much in the way of professionalism or good manners from estate agents, but wow Martinco Oxford have surpassed my already very low expectations. Lying about organised viewings (including arriving at our flat without notice, luckily we were home and sent them away), rude over the phone and email, pushy and unpleasant to deal with. Luke, Conor, and Kate. They'll probably be perfectly nice when you're looking for an apartment to rent, but oh so different once you've agreed to end the lease.

Staff were friendly and prompt at getting back to us and making sure that we understood all the steps that were going to be taken. They were able to clearly manage our expectations of properties and were honest as to the pros and cons of each, working to read our likes and dislikes in order to cater for us the best they could. When we ran into difficulties with a credit check agency, staff were sympathetic and moved quickly to rectify the situation. Thoroughly recommended!

We lost our property with Martin & Co through a typo by one of their staff, Iulia. She said we had until a certain time in February to find a replacement tenant for the one who was removed. However we then received an email saying it was meant to be the same time but in JANUARY, on the day itself, and the deadline was 41 minutes away after her making this clear to us. They are not even refunding my referencing fee for their mistake and have taken over 1 week to refund my deposit + first month's rent. Martin & Co will appear to be friendly and reliable but once you have dipped a toe in the water, they will be right on your back for all your money. Emails which are inflicted upon them are left unresponded over 50% of the time. Oxford has other estate agents who are far more reliable and reasonable. Proceed with caution.

Best agency in Oxford for customer service and advice! I went into Martin and Co a week or two ago so I could discuss renting a flat from them next year, straight way from opening the door I was greeted by a well-spoken and very smartly dressed young gentleman, he immediately stood up introduced himself as Rhys and sat me down and offered me a hot beverage. When discussing a flat to rent he was very open and knowledgeable, he went on informing me about my different options, once I informed him I had my own property up north, he gave me some great advice on what I could do if I wanted to rent it out In the near future. I will without a doubt be contacting Martin and Co next year when I need to move.

I contacted Martin & Co to arrange a viewing in a certain part of Oxford. Afterwards, Luke Vecchione checked in to hear how I felt about the property and suggested a couple more in the area. He facilitated these viewings with great professionalism, friendliness and enthusiasm, showing knowledge of the properties and understanding of our needs. I always felt my opinions and needs mattered a lot to him. I strongly recommend Martin and Co Oxford if you're looking to rent a property in Oxford.

All the staff of Martin and Co are friendly and helpful, but a special mention should go to Kate, who is an excellent Finance Manager. She always deals with any queries promptly and efficiently and ensures that the accounts are run smoothly. She keeps in close touch with tenants to ensure they pay their rent on time and we are always confident that we will be paid on time. We would certainly recommend Martin and Co as managing agents.

We had a good feeling about Martin & Co as soon as we met Luke. He was very friendly, extremely professional and a fast mover! It has taken a week from when we first saw the property advertised, to having all paper work completed deposit being paid. Nothing has been too much trouble and both Luke and Iulia have been extremely helpful, they’ve always been at the end of the phone to answer our calls, and they’ve responded to our emails very quickly!! My case was complicated since I was relocating to Oxford from Norway and I wanted to have accommodation close to my work place. When I found property that completely suit my requirements I had issue with its availability at time of my arrival. To solve this problem I contacted Luke Vecchione from Martin & Co Oxford. He helped me to find short time rent until permanent accommodation became free. He was very flexible and professional in his work. For instance, he was able to meet me at late night in Saturday to sort out payment and helped me to move in. Without such support my relocation would be very problematic. Thus I'm very thankful to Luke Vecchione and Martin & Co Oxford for support.

My partner and I recently rented a flat through Martin & Co. The initial experience was rather mixed, but Cheri asked for a meeting with the Manager and made clear what we were unhappy with and everything got sorted out, with no ill feeling - which was impressive. Once we had signed the lease and moved in, I was unsure what they would be like. Enter Charlotte Stephenson, who is their property manager.  Our standard of service went up from 3 star to 6 star.
