We are an established estate and lettings agent based in central Oxford with a sister branch in Thame. We have been selling, letting and managing properties in and around Oxford for 15 years including in Cowley, Headington, Marston, Summertown, Botley, Central Oxford, Kidlington, Woodstock, Yarnton and Wheatley. We find tenants of all types for landlords, including professionals, academics, post & under-graduate students, and foreign nationals visiting for work and study. Our professional property managers look after landlord properties pre-occupation, during tenancies and post tenancy, ensuring that rent is collected, repairs and maintenance are completed cost-effectively and tenants and landlords are guided through the process when tenancies conclude. Your feedback relates to a 3rd party we use for referencing and not directly to Martin & Co staff. That said, our partner does reflect n our overall service and we will try to work with them to learn lessons.
