We are an established estate and lettings agent based in central Oxford with a sister branch in Thame. We have been selling, letting and managing properties in and around Oxford for 15 years including in Cowley, Headington, Marston, Summertown, Botley, Central Oxford, Kidlington, Woodstock, Yarnton and Wheatley. We find tenants of all types for landlords, including professionals, academics, post & under-graduate students, and foreign nationals visiting for work and study. Our professional property managers look after landlord properties pre-occupation, during tenancies and post tenancy, ensuring that rent is collected, repairs and maintenance are completed cost-effectively and tenants and landlords are guided through the process when tenancies conclude. GoogleHi here is Matthieu from France, I've contacted Martin&Co and in less than 1 week the keys of my new room were in my hands ! The whole paper process was really easy (still have 1 or 2 forms to fil in) and I was able to pay in cash because I haven't my bank account yet opened. My contact was Mrs Afreen Iqbal who was kind and very reactive during all our exchanges by mail concerning my inquiries. Cheers !

GoogleStaff were friendly and prompt at getting back to us and making sure that we understood all the steps that were going to be taken. They were able to clearly manage our expectations of properties and were honest as to the pros and cons of each, working to read our likes and dislikes in order to cater for us the best they could. When we ran into difficulties with a credit check agency, staff were sympathetic and moved quickly to rectify the situation. Thoroughly recommended!

GoogleI was looking for a new flat in Oxford, UK that was both affordable and relatively close to where I work in the city centre. My contract at the old flat was about to expire, and I was a bit nervous about finding a new place in so little time and with long working hours. I dropped Martin & Co an email stating my preferences and price range, and got a reply with about 3-4 apartments to look at. I booked a viewing for 2 of them, and put in an offer for the one I liked. Within a week, all the paper work was taken care of by the agency - all I had to do was show up and hand in the contract with the required payment. I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a place to live!

GoogleI have let my properties through Martin & Co for a year now. My experience has been really excellent - the manager I am dealing with is very proactive and competent. Communication (telephone and emails) is swift and always followed-up. This is important to me as I am not always in the UK. All issues are being dealt with by Martin & Co in an efficient and courteous manner. By far the best letting agent experience I had to date. Happy customer.

Tenants have been carefully vetted: void periods have been kept to an absolute minimum: service problems have been dealt with efficiently and payment has always been made timeously. In addition, both the management and staff at Martin & Co are extremely friendly and highly professional. As a landlord living outside the UK, it is reassuring to know that my property is in such good hands and that in my absence I can entrust Martin & Co in Oxford to resolve all issues relating to my property. The result is a property investment that gives me a trouble free return and regular income. I would recommend Martin & Co to both landlords and tenants who wish to work with a professional letting agency and to deal with people who deliver excellence of service.

GoogleMartin & Co have always found tenants for me quickly and with minimal voids. The tenants have never caused any problems and have always paid on time, I put this down to the thorough reference process Martin & Co adopt and the fact that they have given me their honest opinion when putting forwards applicants details. They don’t simply want to let my property and leave me to face the consequences despite being tenant find landlord. They genuinely seem to care. I have heard Mudassar speak with you at least one a week over the last four months. I request that you withdraw your comment given it is not meant for Martin & Co and can prove quite damaging when I believe that Mudassar has shown great commitment and patience.
