GoogleGreat service. We were in a chain, buying and selling at the same time, and Vinny kept us closely informed of all activity, chased when things needed chasing and was very proactive. He helped to find solutions when there were issues and we are really happy with the end result.

GoogleCherry Picked, and especially our contact, Vinny, could not have done any more in helping us not only sell our house but they also were instrumental in our onward purchase, which wasn’t sold to us by them. I have never been so impressed by Cherry Pickeds’ professionalism and actual care for the client. Constant updates good or bad, could always speak to them for advice. As mentioned above, I have purchased another property and as our house sale was complicated, Vinny kindly offered to help and kept quite a long chain in constant communication which obviously he didn’t need to do but it wasn’t an issue for him. I cannot recommend Cherry Picked enough, if you want a genuine caring Estate Agents then you will not go wrong with Cherry Picked.

GoogleI recently purchased my first property which was marketed by Cherry Picked Residential. As a buyer, I didn’t consider the importance of the real estate agent towards completing the property transaction. However, I’m very thankful the property I purchased was through Cherry Picked Residential. When starting the process, I was quite overwhelmed with what the transaction entailed. But throughout the entire process, Cherry Picked Residential was excellent at keeping me informed and prepared for the next steps, and in liaising with my solicitors to obtain all the required information and documentation. I would fully recommend Cherry Picked Residential to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and I hope to use them in the future when I require one myself.

GoogleWe were thrilled with the service from Cherry Picked. They made it so smooth and efficient and acted with such honesty and integrity. We were a bit nervous about buying, as this was our first house purchase but Ben Harris at Cherry Picked really put us at ease. He talked us through the whole process and answered all our questions patiently and with industry insights. When we moved in, he even gave us tips about things like bin days etc and really went over and above. He was extremely flexible in terms of meeting timings (we had a limited availability due to both of our schedules) and even once let us do a call together late at night after his tennis training session! We wish Ben came with the house he was so helpful 😆 We still reach out to him now after the purchase has gone through and he provides us with advice which is very good of him.

GoogleCherry Picked Residential are by far the best estate agent we've ever dealt with. Vinny, Ajay and their team are clearly experts in their field and put us at ease every step of the way. They always had fantastic advice when needed to give us peace of mind throughout the process. Not only that, everyone at Cherry Picked was extremely professional and prompt. We could also get in contact whenever we needed, always receiving prompt responses to whatever we needed. Honestly, you're only going to sell a few houses in your life, so why wouldn't you sell with Cherry Picked residential. They took so much of the stress out of the process. I still find it hard to understand how they provide such a great service... well actually I know how - the whole team works so hard and looks after every customer as if they are their only customer. Thank you so much for helping us sell our house. Ben from Cherry Picked Residential arranged the viewings for our property and showed all prospective buyers around with care and professionalism. He arrived early for every viewing and made sure he knew everything about the property and the area before meeting buyers. After each round of viewings he also sat down with us a debriefed how they went and touched on any questions that the buyers may have had. Always well presented, polite and professional he was such an asset to selling the property. If you're looking for an estate agent around the Oxfordshire area, Cherry Picked Residential should be the only agent you look at.
