Moving house is very stressful and it was made all that much easier by the excellent service and support. Google"Ethical to the highest standards, we approached cherry picked at a time when we were gazumped by the previous sellers via chancellors, who had a rather dry and cold approach. Cherry picked were a bunch of very kind, enthusiastic and ethical people who were very reassuring and seemed bespoke and trusting right from the first time we spoke. GoogleAs the saying goes; “Forget the rest, try the best!” Ajay at Cherry Picked Residential was faultless in his customer service all throughout our sale and purchase. Words like accommodating, available, determined, tenacious, considerate and patient all spring to mind but don’t really do the service we received from Ajay justice. Ajay constantly put our mind at ease throughout (as anyone who has moved knows) what can be a tortuous and stressful experience. Cherry Picked Residential come highly recommended above any other Estate Agent.

GoogleWe decided to sell our mother's home so she could be closer to family. We chose Cherry Picked as the reviews were so good, and how accurate they were! We have had the best service from Vinny, always keeping us up to date, so willing to help and his efficiency and dedication is superb. Sadly, our mother passed away before we could move her. The support, sensitivity and compassion Vinny showed was amazing. It has been especially difficult with lock down over Covid 19 but his professionalism and conduct never faltered. Thankyou Vinny for your excellant service you have provided, so much so, I am looking to sell my own home soon and know exactly who to ask to help me!

GoogleWe have been on the other end of a house purchase as we are the buyers. Vinny could not have been more helpful. He has been so attentive by text and email even (and most often) outside of business hours which has been great. He's kept us up to date at every step of the purchase and helped to move things along. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cherry Picked as an estate agent whether you are buying or selling!

GoogleIf you're looking for the best estate agent you have just found them Cherry Picked Residential are more than your average estate agent they go above and beyond all others they have helped me sell my home and they make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for you they have helped with finding a surveyor and insurance on my new home as well. Vinny seems to work 24 hours a day seven days a week truly amazing I cannot recommend this company highly enough if you have any queries or questions they will always do their best to get the answers if I did happen to sell my next home I would not hesitate in Calling them

GoogleWhen you put your house up for sale you want your estate agent to be representing your property in the best possible way, to have access to a broad range of potential buyers through their marketing strategy, to update you promptly and in a detailed way about recent viewings without you having to chase and to have an excellent in depth knowledge of the local property market and of course to exude professionalism and integrity. Cherry Picked Residential ticked all those boxes but in addition, and this is why I would unquestionably rate them so highly, they were more of a consultancy in the selling process. I could go to them for any advice to do with not only my sale but my purchase which was through another agent. They also have excellent relationships with local conveyancing solicitors and surveyors which helps make the process more seamless and pain free. A credit to their profession.

GoogleMoving house is super stressful. Cherry Picked were brilliant at fully understanding this and therefore were very responsive to our needs, fears and expectations. When the sale became fragile because of different issues unrelated to them, Cherry Picked stayed firm in their commitment and really helped to push the sale through. I cannot thank them enough.

He facilitated prompt communication between buyer and seller and helped answer any questions or resolve any questions that arose and this reduces the usual stresses of buying a property massively. GoogleCherry Picked are like no other estate agents. They run like a small family run business but it feels like a boutique service. They feel as invested in you as you are in them when selling your property! Would highly recommend, wish all estate agents were run like these guys!
