GoogleI’m not one to write reviews but Oliver deserves one. Not only did he sell my house at the price I wanted, but his patience and support through the whole process was excellent, i.e. arranging buyers and sharing their feedback, answering calls and queries and sharing updates, getting the right buyer and supporting the sale process through to completion etc. I’ve tried other estate agents, much bigger chains and they were rubbish. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience purchasing through Cherry Picked despite being in a long and complicated chain. Both ourselves and our selling agent were kept in constant communication with what was happening further up the chain which crucially allowed us to keep our buyer informed. As timelines started to become an issue we were able to discuss this and have these managed and really feel that without this agent we wouldn't have been able to complete in the timelines needed by ourselves and further down the chain. GoogleFrom start to finish we have had the best customer service from Cherry Picked, and that's what I would say differs them from the high Street. They did they job of selling our property that no other high St agent could do.. Was always able to speak with my agent, open and honest throughout. They Went above and beyond to get the completion through, and above all I trusted them which is so important when making such life changing decisions. I can honestly say I would always hope to use Cherry Picked in the further.

From initial contact and agreeing terms, through viewings to find a buyer, and then in the diligence shown through the sale process, we could not have been happier with the contribution they both made to the successful sale. I'm not one for going overboard with feedback, but they exceeded expectations on all counts, and with such an ethos, Cherry Picked deserves to be right at the top of the table of estate agents in the Oxford area. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to others, or using your firm ourselves again in the future.

GoogleCherry Picked are a very professional and friendly outfit. I used another large estate agent in Cowley Oxford to try and sell the same property. Unfortunately they were the complete opposite of Cherry Picked and the property was unsold. It was a pleasure to work with Vinny and Oliver. They were very helpful and available anytime even outside of office hours, they made the whole process simple and easy.

GoogleFirst class service. Great value for money and highly recommended. Our house sale was very delayed due to probate, but Ajay managed to hold everything together until it was granted. Cherry picked were also very good at finding a buyer, but of course you have to make sure that the sale actually happens. Great work.

As a careful and thorough solicitor selling my own property, we interviewed three leading independent estate agents and at the last minute added in Vinny Kumar from Cherry Picked whom we had found very positively reviewed online. So glad that we did because Vinny stood out as being extremely knowledgeable and professional yet most approachable. Even though it felt like we were going off piste so to speak in choosing Cherry Picked because they are a relatively new agency I am so glad that we did. Their service was absolutely fantastic. We had four viewings booked the Saturday afternoon that our sale particulars went online and six viewings took place on the Thursday following, with an offer at our asking price being made the very next day which we accepted.
