I would highly recommend Cherry Picked Residential as their service is outstanding. Vinny Kumar, Director, is responsive 24/7, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property market and has given sound advice. He has provided a number of services for our properties and sends over a report within record time! He is professional, personable and easy to get on with. Great company, I wish them the greatest success as they are extremely hardworking, devoted, enthusiastic and therefore are deserving. Hilary Broadhurst

We are really happy with the service we got from Cherry Picked Residential. Ajay helped us to sell our house in spring 2018. He was always very communicative, responding to our questions rapidly and often during evenings and weekends. He kept in close contact with the solicitors and was very helpful in ironing out issues. For example, he was able to find a builder to repair some damage to our house at short notice and he was able to recommend a removals company when we couldn’t find one with availability. We were told by an established rival agent that we wouldn’t get the aftercare service from such a young company. They were wrong! We would recommend Cherry Picked Residential whole-heartedly.

I am a fairly regular BTL investor, i therefore deal with many estate agents. Cherry Picked is by far the best service i have received. Attentive, without being pushy. There to solve issues with you, rather than just ring and say, can you chase up your solicitor like most. Stuart was great from viewing to completion.

I hope you are sitting comfortably , cup of tea in hand , let me begin.... After three horrendous years of trying to sell my house involving numerous different estate agents all of whom promised the earth and stated the usual rhetoric, the house remained unsold . Then Vinny came a calling .... I was highly sceptical ! Another agent , more promises. However Vinny convinced me with his infectious enthusiasm and his can do , will do attitude. Three weeks later the house is under offer. Vinny has guided, supported and been there at every turn . Vinny and his amazing team are this agencies best asset. From day one I was supremely impressed with the service .The marketing is second to none , the phone calls and emails you receive are way beyond the call of duty . Their consistent professionalism coupled with their bespoke attention to detail sets this agency way above any I have encountered. I urge you not to hesitate , if you have tried the rest now go to the best ! I wish this agency had been available three years ago.

If you are looking for first class customer service, straight talking, the personal touch, then it is time to make a change from the ordinary and head straight for Cherry Picked Residential Ltd. What a difference! Such a breath of fresh air! The company is headed up by two brothers, Vinny and Ajay Kumar and on our first meeting were so committed to help us sell our property that before their cars had even left the driveway we literally had a couple of possible offers on the table! The whole process of selling the property has gone very smoothly and this is due to to their due diligence, enthusiasm and professionalism. They made themselves available to us 24/7, updating us on how things were going, keeping us in the loop at every stage. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others as they really are 'the cherry on the cake'. Richard & Hazel, Kidlington

We came across Cherry Picked when viewing the house we are now waiting to complete on. We decided to put our house on the market so that we were in a position to proceed, and Cherry Picked's valuation was similar to other quotes we had received. We were really impressed with Ajay, and the marketing deal he proposed, and he has been excellent in his communication throughout the process so far of buying and selling with them. The process of marketing and getting people through the door was seamless and relatively stress free for us, and we found a buyer fairly quickly which was great! We would highly recommend.

We were thrilled with the service from Cherry Picked. They made it so smooth and efficient and acted with such honesty and integrity. We were a bit nervous about buying, as this was our first house purchase but Ben Harris at Cherry Picked really put us at ease. He talked us through the whole process and answered all our questions patiently and with industry insights. When we moved in, he even gave us tips about things like bin days etc and really went over and above. He was extremely flexible in terms of meeting timings (we had a limited availability due to both of our schedules) and even once let us do a call together late at night after his tennis training session! We wish Ben came with the house he was so helpful 😆 We still reach out to him now after the purchase has gone through and he provides us with advice which is very good of him.

In June my 86 year old mum unexpectedly fell in love with a house that was on the market with Cherry Picked. A few days later Ajay at Cherry Picked arranged for her house to go on the market and it sold within a week. Just 11 weeks later on 25th August mum moved into her new home. Throughout the process Ajay and the Cherry Picked team were thoughtful and considerate, they were easily accessible and always available to answer questions or give advice. I can genuinely say that they made the whole process as stress free as possible and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a friendly, professional and efficient estate agents. THANK YOU 🙏

It is not often that home buyers have a positive experience when dealing with the selling estate agent. Ajay and his team were upfront, honest and patient from the initial viewing through to completion. We need more estate agents with integrity and will certainly be using Cherry Picked to sell our property when the time comes.

We had 3 appraisals of our home (Windward House, Holton by local agents, we chose Cherry Picked because their communication style matched ours. We wanted to be kept up-to-date, with more than just expressions of interest etc. We received regular - personal updates, far more than the normal statistical data of website views. Proper updates on the market, and details of what they had sold, where they were seeing pricing pressure. I guess more important than that was their appraisal and marketing guidance, their guidance was I believe spot-on and although we are now in uncertain times in the property market they achieved the guide price - thank you Cherry Picked!
