We have recently sold our house with Stuart at Cherry Picked. I am not one to leave reviews for anything but feel compelled to in this case. Stuart facilitated our sale for more than we were expecting in a challenging market. People always say moving house is stressful and I can honestly say Stuart and Cherry Picked led us to have an entirely stress free move with no hold ups or problems. From first discussions right through to completion he has been brilliant. This has been our first house sale and he has gone above and beyond at every stage and been happy to guide complete novices through what could have been a very stressful process. We have dealt with many estate agents before, particularly in the lettings field, and you so often seem to be a burden. However, with Stuart and the team at Cherry Picked you really feel you are the centre of their attention, they genuinely care about your house move and understand how to make everything as smooth and efficient as possible, particularly the period post-offer through to completion. We cannot recommend highly enough and would encourage anyone to make their lives so much easier by hiring Stuart and Cherry Picked to sell their house.

To anyone looking for a brilliant estate agent in Oxfordshire look no further. Vinny was prompt and always on hand throughout the whole process, and was very good at liaising with all parties involved in the sale of our property. He gave us a realistic valuation, and we achieved an asking price offer within a week of the property being on the market. It was a hassle free sale for us and he and Ajay conducted all the viewings whilst we were away. The service that Vinny and associates at Cherry Picked Residential provide is first class . From the very professional marketing package including aerial shots and personalised video the process was smooth from the start. The things we were particularly impressed with compared to other agents were the fact that the viewings were carried out by the Directors (not part time Saturday staff) and the very timely no nonsense constructive honest feedback from the viewings. Vinny has a sincere, thoughtful approach and was always available to contact even at weekends when other agents had closed for business.
