GoogleI sold my flat through Cherry Picked and cannot fault the experience. Our estate agent Ollie was friendly and knowledgeable, responded quickly and was always available when needed. The sale was stressful for a number or reasons, through no fault of Cherry Picked, but it was very reassuring to know that we always had Ollie looking out for us. As a result a potentially difficult situation was made much more tolerable.

GoogleI always receive fantastic and professional service from Dan, Leonnie and the team. I must also praise Rebecca Scott who recently took on our building insurers for a claim. The insurance company made it as difficult as possible to proceed with the claim but Rebecca never gave up and we had the claim approved in the end. Thanks for all of your hard work Rebecca!! I can highly recommend Cherry Picked Properties !!

GoogleWe used Cherry Picked to sell our property and were assigned Simon Capel as our estate agent. Simon has been brilliant from start to finish and I cannot praise him highly enough. His customer care and professionalism was a huge relief as the transaction reached its conclusion and Simon was going above and beyond his role by doing some of the work that the solicitor was doing in terms of chasing contracts, speaking to solicitors on our behalf. GoogleI cannot begin to thank Vinny for the extraordinary ways in which he and all the people who work with him have helped me. In all honesty, I wouldn't have been able to accomplish so much without his unconditional help. Vinny didn't just treat me in the most professional manner; he went out of his way to support me finding out information that not even my solicitor was able to provide. He did it not because he had to, but because he has people's best interest at heart. Vinny did more for me that many close people did. When my life was turned upside down, I made the conscious decision to only talk to people I could trust. I knew Vinny was one of them because when he sold our first house, my husband couldn't stop singing him praises. One of the first things I did when tragedy hit me, was contact Vinny to manage my property. That decision literarily saved me thousands of pounds and signed posted me in the right direction to find the help I needed. We came across them when we had almost given up having tried two other agencies. It was indeed during the early stages of Covid when we tried the other estate agents, however, we could notice that Covid wasn't the only culprit. A colleague of ours told us that 'if you want to sell the house, try them, I do not know what they do, but they have sold my flats when the others could not'. In fact, they did. And they did so in style. Our Christmas is surely going to be a better one. Ajay you were very professional and passionate. GoogleWell where do I start, we started our journey nearly 2 years ago and went through numerous estate agents with lots of viewings but only 1 offer. It was not until we employed Cherry picked estate agents . What a difference even though we was hit by Brexit then Covid then the recession . Vinney was always professional in his approach throughout. and we always got informative feed back after every viewing. unfortunately I lost my 92 year old father to a traffic accident and when I came back from the hospital ,Vinney Kumar had organised a large bunch of flowers for me and my wife, what a lovely gesture to come home to.. I cannot sing his praises enough with sticking with us in these uncertain times and his professionalism and positivity through out the selling and sale of our house was second to none . so if you are thinking of selling your house please give Cherry Picked Estate agents a call, as I truly believe that you will not get a better quality of service anywhere else . GoogleI engaged Cherry Picked and another estate agent to sell my flat in 2020. Although the other agent found a buyer for me the process was taking months and I kept having to chase the solicitor and liaise with the buyer directly to get her solicitors to move it along. I felt very stuck on what to do to get it over and done with. I called Vinny for advise and he enabled me to get my deal wrapped up and finalised within a week whereas it had been dragging on for 4 months. I highly recommend Vinny as he really does go the extra mile and highlighted what role the estate agent plays which I wasn't really aware of. I thought they just found a buyer and that was all they did. Turns out they should also chase the solicitors and stay on top of things and push for it to get over the line.
