GoogleI was recommended Cherry Picked Residential by a friend as they were known to her firm. Ajay explained all I needed to know at the start and basically promised to be there for me. I then met Ben and he has been exactly that: every step of the way he's been there. Answered my many questions(and not all very intelligent!). But aside from that, Ben chased my sale down and didn't stop until we got over the exchange line..and it took a long time! Have sold a house once before and in conjunction with the estate agent when I bought this house, I said never again. Now other estate agents will have a lot to live up to! Can't thank Ben enough and whole heartedly recommended Cherry Picked. Thank you.

GoogleCherry picked personnel Ajay and Joanne have given us exceptional service on the sale of the house that we are executors for. Nothing is too much trouble. They virtually provided a 24/7 service. Previous experience of Estate agents has been that once a buyer is found, the Estate agent sees their job as done. That is not so with Cherrypicked they stayed in contact with buyers, sellers and solicitors assisting with the process at all stages. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

GoogleProbably choose the worse time to sell a house but sadly was out of my control and was not the easiest of circumstances but Cherry Picked where empathetic and understanding, nothing went to plan and at every hurdle they jumped it for us, always answered our questions even out of hours and never gave up, even when I wanted too! Today we finally got there and a big shout out to Vinny! Thankyou! Ps! You can have some time off now!

After being let down and messed around by 2 previous estate agents, Cherry Picked reached out and offered to help - we are so glad they did! Ajay was courteous and professional from the first meeting, ensuring suitable buyers were introduced to our property and having clear understanding of what we wanted for our home. Ben, who conducted the viewings, was also professional and polite, keeping us informed every step of the way. We have never dealt with estate agents who are so well informed and on the ball every step of the way. We are delighted to have sold our home to a lovely couple and will be moving into our dream home tomorrow - there have been times where the process has been stressful (through no fault of Cherry Picked) and both Ajay and Ben have been on hand to support and provide advice whenever needed. Such a likeable,friendly professional man, who kept in touch with us all that day letting us know how they had gone. A second viewing was arranged a few days later again with Ben and we were very lucky as an offer was then made on the house. Both Vinny and Ben kept in constant contact and if ever we needed anything they were at the end of the phone and were very easily contactable regardless of the time of day. When things got a bit sticky towards the end of the process Vinny really stepped up to the mark and smoothed the path to exchange and completion. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him. I would absolutely 100% recommend Cherry Picked to anyone thinking of moving ***** Anita and Tim Spiers

GoogleWe had a positive experience with Cherry Picked when purchasing our first home. It was easy to arrange appointments to view the property and we had two good 30 min viewings. Some agents were asking us to spend 10 mins in a property at the time! The agent Oliver Marsden was fantastic throughout the process - from the first viewing right through he has been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely responsive to queries. When any issues in the purchase came up he was in constant communication with us, the seller and solicitors to keep the process moving. He dealt with all our requests for access to the house very promptly, which meant surveys and checks went ahead quickly and smoothly. We are particularly grateful to Oliver for stepping up to help get our purchase through before Christmas when our landlord sold our current house. I really don’t think we would have managed that without him liaising so well with everyone involved in the sale to make it happen!

GoogleWe started the house buying process through Cherry Picked in April 2023, we have been to numerous other house viewings before that with other local estate agents, but my partner and I agreed that Cherry Picked were always the best. They were always friendly, flexible with viewings and took the time to understand our needs and position as first-time buyers. They were always honest with us and kept us well-informed throughout the process, viewing confirmations were sent almost instantly after scheduling to provide us with all necessary information to reduce the burden on us. From the first time we viewed the house, Ollie went above and beyond. He understood our position and budget as first-time buyers and gave us key information we'd need about the property. Ollie always maintained the seller's best interest but also took the time to support us and guide us through the house buying process. Once our offer had been accepted, he set up a group chat with my Partner and I and kept us regularly updated and was always available to answer any of our queries. Near the end of the process we were struggling to get some responses from the seller's solicitors, Ollie took it upon himself to communicate with our solicitors and the client directly to quickly gain the necessary information, which prevented delays in the buying process. GoogleIf you are looking to buy or sell in and around Oxford, Cherry Picked Residentail should be on the top of your list, perhaps the only one on your list. Vinny and the team are ace. Professional, polite, and always eager to smooth out any issues. During our recent property purchase experience, Vinny went to great lengths to keep all parties on the straight and narrow in a very challenging enviroment of broken chains at the back of the recent market turmoil (sometimes even sheer incompentence of the lenders). I have no quams or second thoughts whatsoever to recommend Vinny and his team at Cherry Picked. You won't go wrong !!

GoogleGreat experience from first meeting with Ajay, nothing too much trouble, all viewings, we have had a report back, pros and cons to the bungalow, constant contact, messages responded in a timely manner, if had another house to sell Cherry Picked would be agents I'd use. Special thanks to Ben who has probably spent more time at my late Mothers house in the last 9 months than me, dealing with post, watering plants, opening the house before visits, taking photos of work done, making sure he kept in contact, top bloke.

GoogleFrom the first valuation meeting, it was clear that Cherry Picked would support us as well as the buyer all the way. The Cherry Picked business model is extremely modern to meet the needs of everyone. The extensive knowledge of the market and what we would want to know as sellers far outweighed any other Estate Agent we have sold our houses through in the past. They offer a seven day a week service and are on hand at any time of the day to provide support. This was amazing and helped to expedite the process, but in particular, allow us to ask any questions or share information to our buyers as needed without any delays. When working long hours in the week, the ability to communicate with the staff outside of standard business hours was invaluable. Using whatsapp as a communication platform was integral to our sale. Both my husband and I were able to receive information at the same time to aid any decision making and kept everything transparent as was able to look back at previous messages as well. It felt personal. Use of a social media platform for communication and a seven day (nearly 24 hours a day as well, as the team worked extremely long hours) service was the difference between some of the other Estate Agents we had asked to quote on our property sale. The team immediately thought about our family needs at the start of the process and at the same time always had the needs of our buyers at the forefront of their minds as well. This really made a difference to us, as when there were a few delays in the conveyancing process, they were immediately proactive and able to offer solutions that supported everyone, not just for us who were selling the property. Any advice was always welcomed by us and felt that there was more of a collaboration than a business transaction. The whole team were involved in the whole process and able to discuss all details on the property and knew nearly everything even though they weren't always dealing with the property on a day to day basis - their knowledge was phenomenal. The constant photos on social media as well as their articles to help past, current and future sellers and buyers show they are invested in their business. You think you know the process or what you are interested in.....think again, they really help you to think about everything and can link it to your own journey. We have mainly dealt with Vinny Kumar throughout the process. The one word to sum Vinny up is "exceptional" His passion and dedication shines through everything he does - he puts in a considerable number of hours to provide what we feel is a "platinum" level of service. Always available to put your mind at rest, answer a question, his friendly and approachable manner made the the whole process much easier and stress free. Vinny shares on social media where he attends events for the local community after long days of work, where he gives back to support those in need. Vinny arranged for the local football team (Garden City Football Club) to receive a sponsorship that allowed all the children, at all age groups, to have their own football kit and wear it with pride. He has also sponsored events at our sons primary school. Interaction with previous estate agents have given me the perception that they are sales people, with an interest in the sale for their portfolio. Vinny is different, he is so friendly and has built a rapport with us, that you feel you can openly talk to him and he automatically knows what is best for you. Vinny came to visit us when we exchanged contracts to congratulate us (he had already called us to congratulate us) and gave us a bottle of champagne. A real personal touch, he didn't need to do that but made us feel important, even though the house was sold and on his portfolio. We've never had that level of personal service before from any estate agent and knew we had made the right choice with Vinny and Cherry Picked Residential.

From the very beginning, he was professional, communicative, and always available to answer any questions I had. What I appreciate most about Kas was ability to find solution which accommodate me as a landlord and but still fulfilling the tenants expectation, as well as his attention to detail and proactive approach to managing my property. On top of that he found very quickly a tenant with an offer above the asking. In addition to his excellent management skills, he is also incredibly friendly and personable.
