I don't particularly enjoy my interactions with most estate agents and I'm very honest about it. With Vinny and Ajay there's a no nonsense conversation, I have never felt like they are being anything other than honest with us. When a problem arises, as you know these can happen during the buying and selling process, they are thorough in dealing with it. Over inflation of prices is something we are very aware of and this is where you need the honesty to ensure a quick sale if that's what you are wanting to achieve (we certainly were). Where cherry picked come into their own is how proactive they are, I can contact them with a request and they action and come with ideas. Since looking for a property since last October I have tried and tested almost every estate agent in Oxford and there's only a couple that are proactive and wanting to find the property you like. Cherry Picked are searching and delivering and I never ever hesitate to recommend them.
