FacebookWould definitely recommend Chancellors, they’ve been a massive help since we moved into our property just over a week ago. In particular Casey Gramson, our property manager, has been super, and has dealt with all of our requests effectively, and in a timely manner. Always polite and professional, so yes, would definitely recommend!

FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

GoogleI rented an apartment with them as leasing agents in 2019. They were nice and responsive at first but then as soon as the contract was signed and you are locked in their attitude changed completely. Especially during the move out stage, the agent (Helen or whatever her name was, the 20 something year old girl with heavy makeup) I was dealing with was extremely rude, both in email and in person. The majority of the 5-star reviews on this page are fake and sent from fake google accounts with 1-2 reviews each, each spaced out a bit to look "real" (come on guys you can try harder than that). They can't even put effort into making their fake reviews look legitimate (as easy as it is), so that should be a warning sign already for whoever is reading this.

FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. You have put our mind at rest and we are no longer stressed about the renting process. Look forward to working with you in the next couple of months. Thanks again!

GoogleI phoned them this morning to ask a question regarding to a property me and my house mates were interested in renting for the next academic year, and quite honestly I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to such rude people in my life. The man and woman who spoke to me were so arrogant and nasty that honestly even if me and my friends find the most amazing house with this estate agency we will not go for it as I don’t think such rude people deserve the commission from the property’s we choose to live in and I honestly don’t think anyone should have to deal with such horrible people for there homes. I wouldn’t even give one stars if I had the option to !!!

GoogleIf you can avoid renting through Chancellors, do it. We had a terrible experience, negligent staff who made severe mistakes in our admin, causing our move to be postponed by 6 weeks the night before the actual moving day with zero compensation. We were regularly lied to about the landlord’s actions (we later found out in direct contact) and they tried to keep our deposit for damages to items that didn’t exist (we won this fight after a dispute). Chancellors drove us close to a nervous breakdown and I do not recommend working with them.
