I'm echoing most folks here, but Chancellors is the best place to come to if you're searching for a flat in Oxford. My husband and I were so lucky that Homayun was the one to help us out - he is absolutely fabulous! He is full of positive energy and really goes the extra mile to find his clients the right property and show them what it would be like to live there. He had a special challenge in us since we were trying to find a pet friendly rental - all other agencies told us it would be a "struggle" and that we should give up our pets. Within the first 10 minutes of us meeting, Homayun was adamant that he could find us the perfect place that was also pet friendly. And he did - the next day! Homayun even showed us around the neighborhood and gave us personal recommendations for restaurants. He also called us after work hours to deliver the good news. I've never met a realtor (and we met plenty) that would go above and beyond like Homayun. We would give him 10 stars if we could!

Recently negotiated the rental of a flat in Summertown under the guidance of Kieran Chappell and Hannah Mustoe. All in all we experienced a first rate service, Kieran was friendly and polite, understood exactly the type of property we were looking for and was more than happy to go above and beyond to follow up some fairly unusual queries. Hannah did a sterling job of ensuring all our contracts and paperwork were all in order in plenty of time for the move and wasn't afraid to chase the pair of us to make sure we moved when we wanted to! Fantastic experience, would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the Summertown area.

Looking for a lettings agency to manage your property? Look no further than the lettings side of the Chancellors Summertown Branch. In particular ask for Kyley Dickinson, the Lettings Manager. From initial discussion to final letting Kyley provided sage, timely advice and direction with regards to the letting of my apartment. She proved adept at matching my expectations for the let with a strong marketing strategy. With such a well balanced approach it was no surprise that Kyley was able to source a suitable tenant in short order. Top job! Kyley carefully handled each stage of the process directing her team to good effect. In particular Kieran was there to process and answer a raft of questions I posed with regards to the letting process, paperwork and suggestions for the flat. Throughout he retained his affable, good humoured disposition whilst also accurately responding in a timely manner with detailed answers. Thanks to you both for a successful let! Phil

We have just sold my Mother In Law's house through Chancellors and I have to thank Angella Lessani for her work and dedication for getting this far. Not only did Angela work incredibly hard in getting people to view the property, once the offer had been made Angela continued to work tirelessly to make sure that we got to contracts and they were signed to a timeline for everyone in the chain. Angela has a huge enthusiasm and work ethic, she is thorough and determined to see a sale through. In my experience this is rare and of great value in an estate agent. Having negotiated a recent property purchase, through Chancellors in Summertown under the expert guidance of David Ingram, permit me to offer a few comments. Firstly, David’s smart, professional appearance generated confidence. We knew immediately that we were in good hands, a view vindicated by subsequent events. Evidently David is a man of great experience. He possesses excellent product knowledge and our various questions about the property received cogent, relevant and full answers, many concerning technical matters about how the property was managed. David also showed great attention to detail. He had fully taken on board the brief concerning the buyer’s needs, and all the relevant aspects of the property were nicely highlighted during our two viewings. Furthermore, David should be noted for his sheer efficiency. Within minutes of my phoning to make an offer, he was calling me back having contacted the sellers. Thus an agreed purchased price was reached in what must be a record time! Ping!, and the Memorandum of Sale arrived by email. This was good news. Throughout all stages of the buying process, David’s attitude was positive about both buyer and seller. Clearly if you are dealing in property Chancellor’s is the place and David Ingram your first port of call there. An excellent showing all round; we could not have received better service. Thank you. Daniel, Francis & Greg (Chancellors better beware of headhunters and reward appropriately!) have been great in getting my home in Harefields sold! I found it very difficult in this economic climate where there are now so many uncertainties, to give my trust to yet another agency. But they (in particular Daniel) turned it into a smooth process, keeping me informed, ironing out a few challenges along the way and keeping my confidence up to follow my own instincts rather than be forced to sell in a way that I wasn't happy with. Saying that, it doesn't mean they didn't advise me, far from it. They were just great and I would recommend these guys to anyone who has property in their patch.
