GoogleI'm not sure what company other people are reviewing here, because this one deserves zero stars. They did basically nothing at all, and they held onto our security deposit for weeks for no reason. It took untold emails to get it back. They might have never given it back if we and the landlord had not pressed them. Just awful!

GoogleApplying for a property through this branch was an overall pleasant experience. The agent Katie Palmer sent me a video viewing soon after I enquired and answered my questions, even though there was a lot of information and the paperwork was a bit confusing, which is perhaps due to my lack of experience. She also quickly arranged a physical viewing for me after the initial acceptance from the landlord, which was very helpful.
