GoogleIf are a landlord, don’t use their property management service. It is useless. Once you are signed you cannot cancel.

GoogleJust wanted to say that I have had some excellent assistance from Lucy Fuller regarding my flat. She has been consistently responsive, on the ball, and helpful. You do not always get this - from other companies or indeed from Chancellors - and it makes you realise what a difference top-class service makes to your experience. Ben Shaw worked around my schedule to find the best time for me to view properties, and then once I expressed interest in one, worked with Chris to rapidly to get all the forms turned around, and landlord informed, so that the whole process could be complete in a few hours. Never been so easy to get a flat!
