GoogleSarah from the sales team has been amazing during our purchase, she has gone out of her way, over and over again to organise viewings at really short notice and arrange access for trades to visit the property. She may be new to the company, but she clearly has the attitude and personality to go far in the business.

GoogleI approached Chancellors informally about selling my flat in North Oxford in mid-September; Patrick identified a potential purchaser without even putting the property on the market, and the sale went through before the end of November. I can honestly say that it was one of the least stressful property transactions I've ever experienced. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly, and it was also reassuring to get regular phone calls and emails from Chancellors' sales progression team.

GoogleI arrived in Oxford with nowhere to live and very few sofas to crash on. However by the end of my first day I had already seen and found a flat that perfectly suited my needs. Chancellors were instrumental in making this happen with a very special thanks going out to Ms Danielle Morton. She was patient, dealt kindly with a barrage of my desperate calls and made sure the process was well-explained and as smooth as possible. Along with her sense of responsibility, her sense of humour also made quite a difficult situation a lot easier to deal with! Both me and my housemate are indebted to her for all her hard work! Big thanks to both Chancellors and Danielle!

GoogleI have recently rented a house through Chancellors and I can honestly say that the experience has been the worst encounter with an Estate Agent I have had in recent years. Apart from the property not being ready in time for us to move in (builders were still finishing works the morning that we moved in), the house was not presented in a good condition, with many serious maintenance issues requiring our attention, specifically no hot water, which took Chancellors a week to resolve (after sending out the wrong contractor out 3 times, who were not qualified to fix the problem). Throughout the tenancy we have had to chase Chancellors to resolve ongoing maintenance issues, as there seems to be no attention given from the maintenance team who do not seem to care or follow up and see if works have been resolved. I would like to make clear that I am in no way trying to tar all estate agents with the same brush, I in fact know a few estate agents who work for other agencies in the North Oxford area, all of whom are much more competent. In short, I will not be renting from Chancellors again, nor will I be recommending them to any friends or colleagues.

GoogleWe received an excellent service from Daniel Parrot and Greg Thomson from Chancellors in Summertown when selling our flat. They were polite, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their service was over and above what was expected. They kept us informed at every step and worked very hard. The fees stated when we initially showed interest in selling through Chancellors did not change throughout the process and the services they described were exactly what was provided. They were professional and experienced. I would recommend using them to sell property in this area.
