We have just received first class service from the team at Chancellors, and can highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell in the area. From day 1, James and Ollie have been efficient, polite, helpful and honest with us. Their marketing strategy worked perfectly and our house was sold within 2 weeks of going on the market. They, along with Sebina kept on top of the sale at every stage, keeping us in the loop and liaising with both sets of solicitors, as well as the buyer. I didn't have a very good experience with letting agencies before. But I'm pleased to say that the service provided to me by Declan Hartigan has been outstanding. If you need to rent a house or flat within the Headington area and you need support, Declan is your man. Go to Chancellors Headington and ask for him. I have been worried for long time, thinking about to get the perfect house for me and my girlfriend, but from the first time I met Declan, everything was much easier. He is a very good profesional, with a good knowledge of the market, very helpful and an easy going person, which I think is key when you are dealing with customers. I went to Chancellors in Headington in some trouble. We had already exchanged on our purchase and were getting desperate to sell. Jonathan Seabert and his team - Zamir Wheeler in particular - worked tirelessly to achieve the sale. I have to say they provided excellent service. Jonathan's team worked hard to bring potential buyers to view the property and when an offer was made, Zamir continued to work extremely hard to further the sale - even after he left the firm. Zamir kept us fully updated until exchange - after which Jonathan and Shannon were in constant contact with the other agents and solicitors in the chain to progress and sort out any outstanding issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home in Headington.

My friend and I were very pleased with the service that we received from Chancellors, we were looking for a 2 bed place, which Joel went the extra mile to help us find. He updated us with properties as soon as they came in, presented excellent communication, so that we were part of the first group of people viewing the properties. Even with challenging customers, he was able to answer all of our questions, and we found that we left the property knowing our decision and that Joel had our best interests at heart. We were are pleased to say that we are now settled in the perfect property that Joel found for us, even though he had some picky clients, I think you have to be, if you plan to stay long term in one place. We are in the process of buying our first house and dealt with a few estate agents on the beginning before we decided to only go with Chancellors in Headington, the sole reason being Angela Lessani's great passion, knowledge and service. As an experienced estate agent, Angela could see that we were not quite sure what we were looking for as first time buyers, so she drove us around and showed us several properties (different style, location, budget and condition). This experience was invaluable - we felt like on one of those "find a dream home" TV shows. Angela advised us on pros and cons and helped us find our dream home! We have been dealing with Chancellors in Headington for the past six months, and have been extremely pleased with the service they offer. We were first looked after by a lettings agent, Nathan Tan, who found us a flat that matched our requirements exactly in less than two hours. While renting the flat, sales agent Ben Lewington took us on a number of viewings and, after we had found a property that we wanted to buy, guided us through the UK's very complex house purchasing process. Ben was consistently professional, personable and patient, and acted as a very effective go-between with a somewhat difficult vendor. My family and I were new to the country and only had a 2 week let. We had some very specific property requirements and after the first week were quite frustrated and concerned we would not be able to find any suitable property. Fortunately, we came in touch with Callum Lovett at the Headington Office of Chancellors. Callum assured us that he could help us find a property. He was extremely energetic and committed to helping us. He listened and was very respectful of our situation and did not try to hard sell us. Most importantly he was professional and patient. The only time I questioned his judgment was when he agreed to show us a property, postponing a commitment to his girlfriend. I would recommend Chancellors for all property dealings such as buying/selling/lettings. I personally recommend Rose Simpson. Rose was my agent and she was very keen and helped me get things done in a smooth and efficient way. Although there were few issues which happened during the process of buying Rose was quick to contact the appropriate personnel and get the issues resolved quickly so that everything was back on track. House buying is one of the most stressful times so having a good agent who could help understand your specific needs and act on it is very helpful. I found Rose very friendly and recommend her strongly.

I chose Chancellors in Headington as Agents to manage and rent my Property, as their terms were attractive and they have a large number of clients on their books. As it was approaching the end of the year I figured it would be quite difficult to find anyone before Christmas and their large client base would give me the best chance. Well within 6 hours of confirming their appointment they showed the first client round, and within 4 days 20 people had viewed the Property. All of this before the property had even gone on the website. I had a couple of offers by then but decided to wait until at least the property was on the web. By the following Monday (6 days after I had instructed Chancellors) I had 3 firm offers. They sat me down and impartially went through the pro’s and con’s of all three and helped me to come to a decision. Lucia Giacoponello was my account manager and at every stage of the reference checking and contract creation process she kept me informed, chased me up in the politest manner for the obligations I had. She was happy to fit in with my schedule and I never felt like I had to wait ‘in line’ to get seen. The move went very smoothly, I am very happy with the tenant as I hope they are with the house, and after a few months of renting now, Chancellors still keep me informed of payments made to my account with professional statements easily accessible through E-Mail and online. All in all the whole process has been very smooth and stress free thanks largely to Lucia and the team that support her. I would highly recommend Chancellors in Headington for anyone who is looking for a professional property management firm.
