Chancellors manages my rented house. Whenever there are repairs to be done, I call up Franki (at their Oxfordshire Property Management operation), and she is always friendly, polite, and competent. If more management agents were like her, I think more people would want to rent!

I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.

Also a big thank you to Callum who kept in regular contact and made sure I was in safe hands. GoogleWe have rented properties through this office on two occasions. We received outstanding service from Jordan Gibbs the first time around - attentive, polite, with excellent communication skills. Could not recommend him enough. The property management team however have not reflected those qualities.

We were renting a property from chancellors that we then purchased. Over a month post purchase they still haven’t paid us back our deposit - they don’t answer us when we chase and still can’t give us a timeline even though the payment was agreed over a month ago.

We then had Eleanor Jones as our main contact during the selling process and cannot praise her enough for her professional and honest attitude during the whole process. We were communicated to on every aspect and if Eleanor was unavailable she would ensure Jame's or George kept us up to date. We found all the staff we had contact with in chancellors East Oxford, were nothing but professional and courteous both with ourselves and the prospective buyers of our property. GoogleI was looking for a small rental property in Oxford and was keen to move to the area. When I contacted Chancellors I spoke to Jordan, he was extremely helpful, honest, and provided lots of useful advice about the properties they had for rent, and other general information about the area. In the end I actually ended up renting a property through another agent as Chancellors didn't have what I was looking for at the time. This aside, as the overall customer experience from Jordan was so good, I felt it was necessary to leave a positive review.
