GoogleBeing first time buyers the process appeared at first quite daunting. However the it was handled so well and so professionally by Chancellors in general and William Powell in particular that we exchanged and completed within 2.5 months. William went out of his way to arrange additional viewing at awkward times and ensured that we understood the process thoroughly! We are sincerely grateful for their efforts!

GoogleI wonder if the reviews here were self written? Check out the qype reviews for a better picture. Tried to rent a house through them last year and they didn't/wouldn't/couldn't listen to our requirements. Showed us 2 properties that I wouldn't have put a dog up in. They seemed to be all about the money and weren't interested in us as customers. And what's up with their excorbitant fees, much higher than both the estate agents we tried after them. We settled on Christopher Bice who were much more understanding of what we needed.

There was regular liaison during viewings with detailed updates, and once a sale had been agreed, Joe was dedicated and thorough - constantly checking that the sale was moving forward and helping out whenever there was an issue. He was very quick in following up and invaluable in order to secure the sale.

GoogleTried to organise a viewing. Was sent a very pushy email full of spelling mistakes and arrogant demands. They never managed to offer a viewing, turns out they had no permission to list from the landlord. Rented same house through different estate agents instead!

GoogleJust disgusting. Sppointment cancelled without a call or email. They play dumb when called. Not the first time it happens, surely the last. Seems they are not interested on renting the properties. People are busy and it is totally disrespectful this kind of behaviour

GoogleChancellors have been brilliant, kind, friendly, helpful and kept me up to date in regards to renting the current property. Jonathan is extremely on point, and answered my questions efficiently. In terms of paying the agency fee's, rent, contracts everything was done quickly and smoothly. GoogleI have never been treated with such disrespect. I am calling to rent a property and pay huge sum, nevertheless, they hang up, shout on the phone and refuse to answer basic questions - what an awful group of sad people!
