GoogleAvoid using if at all possible. 2 issues: Poor communication between parties. They intimidate you chasing charges you are not liable for.

GoogleI bought two houses with Chancellors and sold one. Their professionalism has been always remarkable. Not something I'd say was wide spread in the industry. Special mention to Joe Brayne who has been extremely relaible all the way and really committed to deliver on his promises.

GoogleWorst agent ever!!! They are constantly unavailable and don’t even bother to tell you that the property is gone. So you have to call over and over again just to reach the right person and find out whether you should set off before the viewing.

GoogleTerrible communication, never replied to my multiple emails. The only emails i've recieved from them are ones asking for more money as they lie about not recieving payments (even though I have proof of payments). Strongly recommend students go through another agency as Chancellors try to take advantage of first time buyers (like myself). Very poor service.

GoogleHave contacted this company multiple times regarding a commercial property they have advertised to let in Caversham. I have never received a response from an agent, only a secretary with the assurance an agent would call. Same again from their online chat function. Landlords should go elsewhere as this is no way to do business.
