Currently in the process of moving to a new rented property and have to say Antony from the headington branch has been so helpful and friendly he took the time to listen to all our requirements and contacted us straight away with new houses that were available. He made the whole process a delight and was a refreshing change from dealing with some of the other estate agents in the area who seemed to spend little time in actually listening to what we wanted. I thoroughly recomend if your looking for a rental property to contact Antony as he has been very honest and helpful thoughout what could have been a highly stressful time.

I am writing to commend the services of Angela Lessani on the sale of our house. She was very thorough, enthusiastic and went out of her way to find out and show attractive local ammenities to encourage our sale, even to the extent of finding out if there were fields nearby to rent, for someone who wanted to stable a horse and our house did nt have the extra land. My husband and I are very pleased with the service.

Dear All, I didn't have the best experience at Chancellors to begin with but that changed when I spoke with Alex. When I phoned to ask for information on some other properties Alex Zarecky answered the phone and I can honestly say he has changed my opinion about the company (I was giving them one last try before giving up). He was professional, sent me all the information I needed quickly, put my mind at rest that he would be able to help (had been looking for a very long time) and was just brilliant. He advised me to view three properties that he thought would be perfect (I wasn't to sure but viewed them anyway) and he was right. I fell in love with the last property he showed me and I have been able to secure it for the people I was looking at it for. He is an asset to Chancellors as without him they definitely wouldn't have had mine or my departments (part of Oxford University) custom again. If you need help go to Alex as he will honestly find your perfect house/flat.

We'll probably write another review at the end of the sales process, but as these things tend to be prolonged, we thought it might be worth just saying at this mid-way point how very pleased we have been with the service we have been receiving from Chancellors who are handling our house sale. Even during their office refurbishment when everyone was crammed into a couple of tiny rooms upstairs, the service didn't falter. Jonathan Seabert has a great team. We have dealt particularly with him, Mary-Louise Aitken and James Godfrey. Jonathan took a lot of time initially to explain the process and organise a valuation, instilling a great deal of confidence in Chancellors' ability to successfully market our property. Mary-Louise did a sterling job of creating a stunning-looking brochure and has been incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable throughout. James secured a buyer for us very quickly and negotiated an excellent price. The whole sales team who organised the viewings were very professional. The follow up service liaising between buyer and vendor solicitors keeping us informed of the progress of the sale is also excellent. All in all a five-star service. Thank you.

My husband and i have recently bought our first home through Chancellors. We dealt mainly with the sales agent William Powell who we were extremely impressed by. He was very helpful and always able to provide viewings even if they were late in the day or on a weekend. He was easy to communicate with via phone and always replied to phone messages/emails promptly. He had an extremely professional manner and was always very knowledgeable about the houses he was showing us around, which cannot be said about other estate agents we used. Overall, we were extremely impressed by our experience with Will, he assisted in making the whole process of first time house buying a much smoother and enjoyable process for us both

He always called back when asked to and answered our questions swiftly and effectively.
