GoogleI am delighted with the letting service that Ben Newman provided. He marketed my property in an accurate letting rate and took only one day to secure four offers for me. He worked very hard to get everything ready. From accepting Chancellors letting service to tenants moving in, the whole process took less than one week. Ben’s efficient professional property letting service is strongly recommended.

Googlewaste time waste money ！Everybody be extremely cautious when renting with this agent and make sure you have solicitor involved when dealing with them. BEWARE !!!

GoogleFrom the first day we met Oliver, we found him to be an extremely likeable and approachable young man. He kept us informed of progress and any issues associated with our house sale. We were able to ask for advice when we needed it and we feel we made a very good choice when we selected Chancellors as our estate agents.

GoogleRather happy with Chancellors' outstanding landlord service frankly, and have been for many years. Matthew Edmonds has just done a blinding deal for three years complete with annual rental increases, under Jonathan Pincott's inimitable leadership, with only a few days between tenants to get the property professionally cleaned. Why use anyone else?! Well done to all I heartily recommend them.

GoogleIt is a good experience for me to buy a house with Chancellors, I'd particularly single out Nick Lewis for praise. He did a brilliant job. He is very helpful and completely changed my opinion of estate agents. He is tenacious, hardworking polite under pressure, returned calls. Thank you for all the hard work.

GoogleCompletely unacceptable and negligent level of customer service was afforded to us upon providing our administration fee. Enquiries are often me with belligerent responses which place the burden of responsibility entirely on the customer which renders their role in the process to being completely pointless. Should never have given them a penny.

GoogleVery poor experience as renter. Repeated flaws in contracts and unnecessary delays of multiple days in answering emails.
