You have been extremely prompt and helpful whenever I have had a maintenance issue and very understanding when I was house-hunting and was unsure of how long i would need to stay. GoogleBad experience. Non-flexible agent who takes issue with financial status checks. Does not allow self-funding postgraduate students to take on any property contracts unless willing to pay full rent in advance or has a UK based guarantor, which is nearly impossible for any non-UK/EU international student. The agent showing me the flat was using his mobile phone and not explaining anything to me. Simply very bad experience.

GoogleI would recommend Carter Jonas very highly as a letting agent. Their rates are competitive, and their staff respond quickly and efficiently with a nice personal touch. Being locally based is a real advantage. They gave excellent advice on preparing the property, and found an excellent tenant with astonishing speed, before the property was even advertised. We are very pleased.

They were relaxed, very friendly, made everything seem (and feel) effortless - and this applied to every person we interacted with. They found us a tenant miraculously fast, and were very patient with us when we were (I imagine) not necessarily deserving of such patience. I recommend them 100%.
