GoogleI have recently rented a cosy studio apartment located in a very convenient central part of Oxford. The flat has been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. I saw the advertisement for the flat and immediately contacted the agency Carter Jonas. The Carter Jonas agency have acted quickly and efficiently in helping me to secure the tenancy for the flat, which was great news. They have ensured that the paperwork was processed correctly and answered my enquires promptly. I would say that they have provided an excellent service and made the process of getting the flat as trouble free as possible. They provided excellent advice on pricing, repairs, the lease, and all aspects of managing our property. They scheduled and managed repairs, dealt with any concerns raised by tenants, and kept impeccable records of the accounts. My wife and I had great confidence in their professionalism, integrity, and competence throughout the process. Moreover, the personnel at Carter Jonas were uniformly pleasant and timely in dealing with every request we made. I would recommend them to others without any reservation, and would use them again were we to need management of our property.

TrustpilotMarlborough Branch are a delightful bunch :)
I have to say that I have had no cause for concern or regret with the Company Branch in Marlborough. They fast-tracked my application allowing me to relocate for a new job without any hassles whatsoever.The Ladies in the Lettings dept are impeccably kind and knowledgeable , arranging viewings and correspondence efficiently. I have found no cause for concern. Of course there are always a few 'teething' issues on moving into a property but nothing that cannot be fixed with a little common sense and a few tools :) I'm saddened to read the other reviews about Carter Jonas and can only hope they are Branch based and not a view of the Company as a whole.

GoogleWe inherited a house that we were considering renovating and then renting. The renovation turned out very well, partly due to the encouragement and advice we received from Tanya and Chris of Carter Jonas before we started. We live in the U. S. so having a company that we can totally rely on is especially important to us. Carter Jonas has been our property manager for a year now and we have been completely satisfied.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
