GoogleMy partner and me just moved into our flat which is let by Breckon & Breckon. We are extremely happy with our new flat, it was cleaned to a very high standard and had a very detailled inventory. Paige and Chris have been very helpful and friendly. We would recommend Breckon and Breckon!

GoogleMelissa saw us through a very difficult chain. She was empathetic and supportive and kept everyone informed which in the end meant we eventually moved into our fabulous new home! Without her hard work and excellent communication I believe we would have missed out on our dream home. We can’t thank her enough!

GoogleMike mentioned £130 for move out. I just add that they charge £240 for move in. Indeed, modern day pirates. Also, they show no concern or sympathy to students. If you're intl student or manual worker or single parent, even worse. If you're vulnerable or ignorant of rent market rules, it's your fault, not theirs. Best properties always go to those privileged and those who have first-hand info. They don't care about your being desperate to find a new home.

GoogleEvent though i was a good tenant for 4 years they deducted some of my deposit due to petty clauses in the tenancy. Be careful if you rent through Breckon and Breckon.

With all room let’s as per your tenancy agreement a mattress protector is required at the end of your tenancy, I am sorry if this was not explained this clearly. GoogleAt first they seemed nice and trustworthy. The process was quick and painless and they seemed quick to reply and offer their support. But after 6 months of me living in the property they are still failing to fix issues that I had raised even before entering the property. I don't know if they are incompetent or extremely inefficient.
