GoogleMoney orientated and regimental letting agency with belittling attitude: - hefty moving in fee - repeated fees for every contract extension (only effort involved is changing a date on the previous paperwork) - after initial first year, every extension needs to be for another 12 months with no earlier exit possible without paying full 12 months rent - compulsory for tenant to take out and pay for additional 'tenants liability insurance' policy - moving out fee - final inspection visit done by external company whose fees need to be paid by tenant

GoogleEveryone is always going to be very nice and polite with you. They take a long time to reply to your emails but always end up being helpful, just expect delays when dealing with them. Stuff will be in the property that is not in the inventory when you move in, make sure you don’t leave it there or you’ll be charged for it when you leave.

Summertown office need micromanaging. If they're going to relay an applicants offer to you on your house, ask them if they have checked applicants proof of funds and if they have mortgage agreement in principle in place!

Honestly, I would be ashamed to be associated with such a bigoted, xenophobic selfish company. My in-laws, were given the run around to a degree that made them feel as if they were not even close to being worthy of renting a flat. Hope they get there comeuppance.
