Reliable agency

I have used Richard Kendall agency to sell and buy a house. They have been great in communicating everything from start to finish, all the viewings and offers were well organized and house sold reasonably quickly. We had an agency worker Elizabeth Cooke, who looked after us throughout the process. She has been very supportive and positive during at times stressful time, keeping good link with the solicitors, buyers and sellers. She would always call back and kept checking on us regularly, we always knew what was happening. I have been happy with Richard Kendall agency services and would recommend as very effective and personable.

Such high standards

Such high standards. I have used Richard Kendall’s on several occasions, both as a buyer and to sell. In both instances they have been so professional and knowledgeable about their business. From the initial valuation to the quick response of any updates/queries in communication regarding my property. We have been lucky to have had Elizabeth Cooke from the Wakefield office help us out and keep us updated with our property. She has gone above and beyond her job role in helping us out with our sales. I would definitely recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to use again Such high standards from the photographer to the girls/guys on the end of the phone. Thank you ☺️

Excellent Service, whether Letting or Selling

Richard Kendall began managing the letting of my property back in 2012 until selling it this year, and during that time I've found all aspects of the care and sale of my property to be in excellent hands. After a fairly quick sale, our buyer was an absolute nightmare but Joanne and Donna at Richard Kendalls dealt with her extremely calmly. They took on work which was not theirs to do and made sure everything at our end was dealt with in a timely manner, if only all agents worked like they did. Special thanks also to Liz who had to listen to our buyers rants daily. (Its worth saying that anyone buying a house should always make sure they use reputable, approved legal services and not blame others for their own choices). From start to finish the agents were helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.
