We purchased a house at the end of May Lucie and Alison were the people we dealt with To be honest the service wasn’t that good towards the end we ended up dealing directly with the sellers to move the sale forward who also said they were not impressed with the service

We have extensive file notes throughout the sale showing the consistent updates that both parties received from Lucie and Alison including liaising with both conveyancers on a regular basis. GoogleJust sold my mother’s house through Richard Kendal. I have to say that they were absolutely superb and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mandy who dealt with our sale has been absolutely terrific and has taken so much stress out of the process by dealing with all solicitors and other estate agents. I am confident that the sale would not have gone through when it did without her involvement.

We first dealt with both Liz & Joanne at Richard Kendall estate agent branch (Northgate in Wakefield) in September 2023 for the purchase our new home.Our new purchase took some time due to issues with our sale, but we continuously updated & informed on our new purchase by Liz which made us feel that our issues were important to her which reassured us also.We couldn't be appreciative enough for her time & efforts & patience in facilitating our purchase.We can't speak highly enough of Liz & the Northgate branch, we couldn't recommend them highly enough for anyone considering dealing with them.Fantastic experience all round, thanks for everything Liz :-) !!

This was my first time selling a house and Richard Kendall have been the right fit from the start with amazing communication, support and advice. Elizabeth Cooke handled my case and she has been brilliant throughout, chasing up matters, keeping me in the loop and always being friendly and approachable. She was always easy to contact if I ever needed anything and got back to me promptly. I never had any doubts in the process with Liz dealing with it and would not have wanted anyone else to go through such a huge process with. I would use Richard Kendall again and would recommend them to anyone. For something as stressful as a house sale it really was an easy experience so thank you again Liz and everyone at Richard Kendall!

Me and my boyfriend have recently bought our first house. From the minute we booked a viewing Richard Kendall have been amazing. The whole process is daunting especially if you are a first time buyer. However Richard Kendall have really supported us and given us the best advice. After putting our offer in, we were then supported by Karen based in Wakefield. She made sure she contacted us, regular updated. She was genuinely a lovely person to speak to (I think I will miss our weekly calls). The whole process with them felt personal and for what could have been a scary process, they really reassured us. GoogleWe sold two properties in Ossett, and the support and help we received from the Ossett office, and Lucy in particular, was fantastic. Both sales were problematic to some extent, one requiring a deed of variation, and the other one requiring additional documentation from the buyer and their solicitor. On multiple occasions, Lucy helped coordinate activities and actions across both sets of solicitors, and the buyer and seller, ensuring that the sales both went to completion. Without her involvement, at least one of the sales would have fallen through. The original marketing of the properties and guidance on asking price was done very professionally, and Richard Kendall’s support in allowing one of the buyers to rent out the property as the sale went through allowed us to accept a slightly lower asking price. I would happily recommend them, and would use them again for future purchases and sales.
