We sold two properties in Ossett, and the support and help we received from the Ossett office, and Lucy in particular, was fantastic.Both sales were problematic to some extent, one requiring a deed of variation, and the other one requiring additional documentation from the buyer and their solicitor.On multiple occasions, Lucy helped coordinate activities and actions across both sets of solicitors, and the buyer and seller, ensuring that the sales both went to completion. Without her involvement, at least one of the sales would have fallen through.The original marketing of the properties and guidance on asking price was done very professionally, and Richard Kendall’s support in allowing one of the buyers to rent out the property as the sale went through allowed us to accept a slightly lower asking price.I would happily recommend them, and would use them again for future purchases and sales.

While some of the comms from our solicitors on both sides might have been questionable, the communication that we've had from Richard Kendal throughout this whole process of selling our house was AMAZING. Karen and the team kept us updated at every single point, even when there'd been little progress, and provided all of the information and guidance that we've asked of them. I honestly wish that other companies within the property industry had the same level of customer care that Richard Kendall have - it's been a pleasure working with the team! :)

What can i say about Karen and Amanda at the Wakefield branch other than they were absolute superstars throughout our sale and purchase. What can at best be described as an extremely difficult and stressful journey these ladies were incredible. Selling my house through Richard Kendall was a great move. Amanda at the Pontefract office was there for me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle my sale. She did a fantastic job with the communication between me and the buyer and always pushed the solicitors for updates. My sale wasn’t as straight forward as any of us had hoped but Amanda didn’t let that phase her. Her professional and friendly support continued though-out the whole process. A very positive experience with Richard Kendall estate agents at the Normanton Branch.From a valuation ( that was pleasantly more than we expected ) to completion of sale , thank you very much.Sarah at the Normanton branch was our point of contact for the sale of our property in the Normanton area. During the sale process from 5/11/22 to completion on 31/3/23 Sarah kept us fully up to date with progress and where necessary pushed along the process.On the few occasions when Sarah was away from work her colleagues would continue the regular updates in her absence.Using RK was not our cheapest option but having decided to work with RK we have no regrets ,as the saying goes you get what you pay for and we received an excellent service and would recommend Sarah and her colleagues at RK ……thank you again.
