Karen Marijewko was engaged as the communicating agent to me as a buyer. She has amazing professional 'WOW' work ethics. What's needed, On time, with Wisdom. I'm not the easiest person to please regarding professional conduct but Karen has done the company proud. Her work integrity is what I like most. If Karen says,"I'll call you back" be rest assured she will, with answers. I am a buyer not a seller, but she looked after me like a seller. I would not hesitate doing business with Kendall as a buyer or a seller because of the service rendered by Karen Marijewko. She's an asset to the company!

House Letting Review

After using them previously for letting out my house and been impressed I used again to find a new tennant. Unfortunately this time the service level has gone hill dramatically. Had to continually chase for everything. No communication at all. Didn't return calls. Had to chase them to send forms out to new tenant and had to keep calling to ask them to do things they hadn't done.

I cannot speak highly enough of Richard Kendall. Going back to when I originally contacted them to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in viewing, right through to the completion. The people working in the office have gone above and beyond, providing me with regular and ad hoc updates whenever I have requested them. I must make a special mention to Liz, who has provided myself and partner with an exceptional service from start to finish, going between ourselves, the seller, our solicitor and the seller's solicitor to get to the bottom of any queries. I chose Richard Kendall based upon previous estate agency requirements that they fulfilled for me. As with the earlier transaction my overall experience was again excellent. The process of buying and selling a property can be a frustrating and difficult task. Throughout the whole process of this sale my representative at Richard Kendall was always available to answer my calls and provide timely updates and advise on current progress. In some instances going above and beyond expectations when the Buyers solicitors were proving to be uncontactable. Without these actions I believe a longer and drawn out sale would have ensued. I would definitely recommend and chose Richard Kendall again for any future estate agency requirements.
