Excellent service from first contact to final sale. We received sound neutral advice on the pros & cons of property refurbishment/refresh prior to marketing and were very happy with the valuation and the final sale price. The use of a sales "progressor" to liaise with seller, buyer, solicitors and mortgage brokers etc was very effective, substantially reducing any chasing on our part. We certainly wouldn't have received this level of service from an online estate agent : the fees were well worth paying. A superior level of service.

Very pleased with the service we received from this Estate Agent, would thoroughly recommend, the team from the start to the finish were great, very helpful. House sold reasonably quickly. The only issues we had came from buyers whom I stupidly gave my number too, lessons learned for next time, so anyone thinking of selling your house, beware, leave all contact with buyer to the agents!

People at Thomas brown Orpington are very polite they are honest and always keep you informed.Also I found they were not at all biased either towards the buyers or the sellers. Only negative if any was that they don’t have a card reader to make payments, they may be dealing in 100’s of thousands of pounds daily yet they humbly call themselves being a small business. I would recommend Thomas brown to my friends and colleagues

Overall it was a pleasant experience with Thomas Brown. The sales & Progression team are extremely professional and supportive. - There were a few instances, where we have to do multiple follow-ups on the statuses on Seller's purchase status. It would have been better if we had a regular update on progress.
