Highly professional and supportive

As a result of bereavement, we chose Thomas Brown to support with the selling of our family home. From initial valuation through to exchange, the services we have received from the team has been highly supportive, caring and professional. We received extremely regular updates on the whole process, particularly from Liz, our sales progressor, who provided the essential link between us, the buyers and solicitors on both sides. Excellent Service - Massive thank you

From the first valuation to exchange the services was exceptional. The support and advice we received was incredible. We were selling the house following a bereavement and we were shown nothing but compassion and kindness by everyone we came in contact with. Thomas Brown were excellent when selling mum's house. From the start getting a valuation with honest expectations and not a hard sell, to completion. Kept informed all the way on what was going on. Excellent and efficient estate agents

We were very impressed by the whole Thomas Brown experience, from our first contact over the phone to the visit by Chris, who knew the area well so was able to value the property sensibly, to the progression team. Our main contact, Liz, was outstanding and kept us fully informed throughout the sale process. We had multiple problems with the buyer but she was tenacious and went above and beyond what was normal to ensure we sold the house. We can not praise her enough and are extremely grateful to her for all her work. Without her to push and prod various solicitors, I think we might have given up. Highly recommended estate agents!

From the initial visit, through all the viewings, and right up to the sales progression, their service was absolutely brilliant. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the team really helped guide me through every step, making what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. When our chain unfortunately fell through further down the line, they were incredibly quick to reassure me, worked closely with me on next steps, and got the property back on the market and under offer again within just 4 days, which was exactly what we needed. A special thank you has to go to Liz in sales progression, she is amazing. Without a doubt one of the most helpful people I’ve come across. We had the pleasure of using Thomas Brown Estates for the sale of our house. From the first time of meeting the agent at the house to discuss the sale I had a good feeling about them. They were very professional, helpful and efficient and kept us in the loop at every stage. Unfortunately for us we had buyers that kept letting us down but Thomas Brown Estates were on it immediately and got new viewings booked the same day or next in most cases giving us the utmost chance of selling it. Having a separate progression person in house made things at each stage go smoothly and it was good to know someone was on our side encouraging the sale to go through as quickly as it could. I would definitely encourage anyone to use Thomas Brown Estates agents for the sale of their property.
