From the initial house valuation to the exchange of contracts the staff at Thomas Brown estate agent have been very professional and attentive throughout. Selling a house is not always straightforward and it’s when things don’t go to plan that having knowledgeable and experienced people at hand really helps. They smooth the ripples and keep everything moving in the right direction. Communication is key and Thomas Brown were in regular contact so I never felt out of touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleAfter having the house on the market for 12 weeks with another agent and no interest or offers I switched to Thomas Brown and within two weeks we'd had half a dozen viewings and 2 offers. Really impressed with their service in getting the offers in and once I had accepted an offer, the progression team, mainly Liz, was instrumental in getting the sale finalised in quick fashion. A huge thank you to you all for achieving a smooth sale for our home. We obtained three valuations initially from local agents but it was a no-brainer to market with Thomas Brown Estates. We were very impressed with Christopher, who gave us our initial valuation and he was so spot on about market conditions. He wasn't pushy in the slightest - just a genuinely nice and knowledgeable guy. Louise then stepped in to conduct some of the viewings and always gave good feedback. When we went under offer, Liz then came into her own and fully supported our process. We had a few stressful moments where we weren't even sure if the sale was able to progress but her air of calm reassured us and she was very hot on the case, chasing for updates and getting everyone back on track. That really helped our stress levels knowing that everything was being done that could possibly be done. We are now in our new home and can't thank everyone enough.
