From the initial quote to actual sale the Thomas Brown staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. They telephoned regularly with updates even when we were abroad. At the end of the process sometimes it felt like we were updating them but we are very proactive in seeking progress reports. Ultimately we were very happy with the service they provided.
