1. They didn't follow up on the day of completion. I have been waiting for the call. They didn't even care about the status.2. I have received positive responses until the contract exchange but then on wards it wasn't a nice experience.
Thank you for your review, I'm sorry that you felt that you were not completely satisfied with our service. I can see there was a fair degree of contact between exchange of contracts and completion, much of which centered around requests for access to the property for you to bring in trade people. I am aware that the vendor allowed one access appointment, then wouldn't allow any more, which I'm sure would have been frustrating. I'm sure you can appreciate that access to the property is beyond our control. We welcome any type of feedback to continually improve our service, so if there are any other concerns I'd welcome a call or email to the office to discuss them. Kind regards, David Thomas

Thomas Brown Estates worked very hard to achieve the sale of my property, conducting many viewings and providing me with regular feedback. The sales progression lady was very helpful in moving things along when an offer was made and is even now, six weeks after completion still willing to assist.My only reservation is that the property was over valued initially and I had to reduce the price quite substantially.
