Although there were some mishaps, not with them, but with other people, the agents were really helpful and reassuring that we will have a house by the 1st of December. Thank you to the staff of Andrew Reeves orpington, especially Anca Rosca who has been absolutely wonderful. We are French people with a dog and it was very difficult to find an accommodation and to deal with our requests. we were loosing hope...until we met Anca. Not only she found a perfect place to live, but she also helped us a lot with administration which is sometimes difficult for foreigners, making the rental of a property much easier for us! She also dealt very efficiently with complicated problems we had with the banks and thanks to her we have a good communication with the landlord. All the staff is friendly and helpful ( we also met Melanie and Mickaela) A word for french people: n'hésitez pas a faire appel aux services de l'agence Andrew Reeves d'Orpington: service rapide, sympathique et efficace. Hi We have been renting through this agency for the last 3 years. Through these years we have noticed that it takes a long time to get the repairs done . Sometimes months for essential maintainances which can make your day today life miserable. When contacting the branch usual reply werer 'will get back to you after checking with relevent person'. But this most often will never happen.

I never write reviews but in this occasion I felt I had to. I had a couple of issues with my property and the tenant which I thought would never be resolved. Purely down to one individual named Natalie-Rose O’Connor all has been rectified and even a refund arranged which was very welcome indeed. Natalie took the time to call me back and keep me updated the entire time, which was so grateful as this is something that rarely happens these days. I am now a happy landlord and would recommend this companies services but more so Natalie’s. Lewis Collier.
