Absolutely terrible service!!!! It has been 4 months since I vacated the property, I've concented to all the deductions but they still haven't released the deposit. I email them every week but to no avail. I request a formal complaint the results came telling me about all the dates that we exchanged emails but still no news of the deposit. This agency has to have the worst service towards tenants.

I moved out of my last flat due to the upstrairs property flooding, I came to Andrew Reeves in Orpington and dealt with James, who quickly helped me find a new flat and dealt with my insurance company. I moved into a new build flat on a temporary basis originally. The service I have experienced through Andrew Reeves was amazing, I love the flat and the team down there have allowed me to renew my contract with the landlord on a long term basis. Thanks a lot guys.

Very happy with the service I received from Kelly and Maisie at Andrew Reeves Orpington in letting my property. Being a first time landlord I was completely unaware of how it all worked but Kelly met with me at the property and provided all the information I needed. They guided me through the whole process from start to finish, keeping me informed at each stage and even going as far as arranging the necessary inspections and cleaning of the property. Good at showing properties and during initial check in. However, property management is handled by country wide estate agency. They are terrible at management and also, at the termination. They don't listen to the tenants and they just do whatever landlords says. At the end they will hold big reductions. So beware!!

Recently moved into a flat managed by Andrew Reeves. I was assisted throughout the entire process by Maisie, Kelly and Kayleigh. The procedure was very simple and straightforward, and everything was explained to us clearly and concisely. Most paperwork was also done electronically which was very helpful. In fact, Kelly had phoned me to inform me of a property coming to market soon that matched my requirements before putting it on the market - and it was the one I liked and took in the end! However, most importantly, the staff members that helped me secure the property were very friendly and highly professional. The same cannot be said of some other estate agencies in the area, many of whom can be rude and condescending. Nothing of that sort here! Can highly recommend this particular branch of Andrew Reeves, top service! In Summary: The Good: 1. Professional, friendly and competent service. 2. Flexible viewings, they realize that some of us work(!) and not always free anytime! 3. Easy, painless paperwork procedure. Suggestions for improvement: 1. We have a dual energy electric meter in our flat - but not sure which reading is which as they weren't labelled, which made sending the first meter reading to the energy company a little tricky. Not a big deal, but would have been great to have these labelled in the future ahead of a new tenant move in! :)
