GoogleRecently let a property through Andrew Reeves Orpington and Chloe who works for their lettings team went above and beyond to help my partner and I move into a property over the space of 48 hours, minimizing stress as much as possible and ensuring the process was a smooth and quick as possible. Picked up the keys this morning to our new place and couldn't be more thankful!! Would highly recommend anyone in the Orpington area to go see Chloe.

GoogleWe have rented out our property with Andrew Reeves twice now. Melanie and her staff are very professional, and have always been very helpful. They made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the whole process of finding a tenant, moving them into the property and moving them out at the end of the tenancy. They were very careful in helping to find suitable tenants, and to ensure that all the handover procedures at the beginning and end of the tenancy were done properly. I would highly recommend them to any landlord with property to let in the Orpington area

GoogleI have found that all the staff at Andrew Reeves are very professional, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. They found a tenant for me and ensured that all the relevant paperwork was completed correctly and in place to enable my tenant to move into the flat on the allotted date. Any questions or queries I raised were dealt with efficiently. I would certainly recommend Andrew Reeves to anyone who has a property to let.
