Excellent service from Joe Hayes and the team at Brentwood. All staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly during the sale process. Joe was always calm and reassuring during what was for us a very stressful time! He helped speed things up before exchange when things became a little complicated! Extremely unprofessional, like others have similarly experienced, they do not respond to email enquiries nor telephone calls. Rather u helpful and abrupt when you contact on their social media and only reply on there as it’s a public platform. I will never recommend this business and I will make sure others know how they act towards potential tenants, maybe they discriminate against a certain group, who knows. But sadly, a very negative experience and for that I will never recommend this company. They also then remove any comments with negative experiences shared on their social media.

Purchase completed in under 6 weeks! James was brilliant in handling the initial viewing and negotiations to help us secure the property the same evening! Donna was superb in talking to both sides and chasing docs to avoid any delays. The office are always on the ball with calls & emails, I couldn't ask for more from an estate agent!

Worst experience we’ve ever had. We moved in despite them after securing a key ourselves. Rang 9pm night before telling us we couldn’t move in because a new boiler was being fitted!! No thought to where we might live , no common sense, just ‘computer says no ‘ attitude. No idea who gas was with or electric or WiFi basically getting paid 12% management fee to do nothing. Would never ren or buy a house that had Balgores as agentsAs is typical of Balgores I contacted as requested, told me he was on holiday and would follow up on his return, can only guess he’s on a very long holiday as no contact to date, don’t use them

After my initial confidence with selecting Balgores, I have to say that for a considerable amount of time I was somewhat disappointed with the service received against what had been promised. Although they were efficient at arranging viewings and marketing the property, the lack of contact did frustrate me. I lost count of the number I times I had to contact them to find out what was happening! To be fair, this was resolved after the member of staff I had been dealing with left the company. Also some small niggles about the front door not being locked properly and lights left on when they showed prospective buyers round.That being said, after the change of staff, things progressed quite quickly and a sale was achieved.

One again the team at Balgores Hornchurch lead by Billy Gill, provided a seamless and stress free sale of property having used Balgore’s previously this time was exceptional. Balgore’s don’t offer a service where you’re a name, house, number on their books to sell and meet target’s they listen to are both parties needs and in this instance it proved a huge success for both matching seller and buyer without even the need to go to the street marketing and ensured the sale was expedited within 6 weeks.
