The service Balgores Hornchurch provided was amazing from start to finish. Especially Charlie who was extremely helpful and was always contactable during the whole process. Amazing service and guidance from Donna Hickey, Claire Dartnell, Chole and Peter Walker at the Upmister branch. At the time I was first time buyers and they all made the whole process go Smoothly for me. Any queries we had they answered it straight away and were very professional. The entire team took great responsibility of my journey for buying my house and treated the process as if it was their own journey. I say unexpected as I, unfortunately, had a not so positive experience with Balgores years ago (apart from Pete, the mortgage guru, he's always been legendary!). When the house I wanted to view this time was with them I was a bit worried. So, before they even started they were on the back foot with me which highlights just how good the service was to turn my opinion on its head.
