TrustpilotApproachable and hard working
I was looking to organise my life insurance along with my mortgage application. The staff at balgores were very approachable and helpful. In particular Lucy Jenkins put in a brilliant shift in chasing up my surgery for months on end in the respect of my life insurance.

TrustpilotOutstanding service
Balgores continues to provide an outstanding service. I have used the company for a number of years and had one change over of residents in my rented property. I find all staff helpful and knowledgeable, but have had most contact with Daniel Lawrence. He is always polite, informative and excellent at keeping me up to date with people viewing the property and progress with offers made on renting. I feel confident that the rental process is in safe hands with Balgores.

We recently sold our property with Balgores and the agent who dealt with us was Ricky Nelson. I would not hesitate to recommend him as he was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Our property sold within 2 days thanks to Ricky’s help.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Josh was there from the start and helped me several times throughout the process and Sarah was amazing helping get the purchase through for me. I don't think it would have been as smooth and as quick without her help. Thanks everyone.

Great thanks to Jay and team at Hornchurch last weekend (14th May '22). Kept me updated about appointment and conducted a great viewing experience. Jay really did a great job of showing and describing the property (someting we don't always experience). Great job.

TrustpilotHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Highly recommended! Undoubtedly the best service i’ve received, having spoken to multiple companies in terms of my lend and where i was at. The enthusiasm and personal touch delivered by their mortgage team and more specifically Cemalie (Gemma) goes unmatched. She really supported me throughout the process, even after delivering their service made a conscious effort to keep track of my progress and offer advice. These are people that love what they do and its not just another paycheque.

TrustpilotExcellent service throughout
Excellent service throughout. We dealt with Michael who always made sure we were kept up to date with all feedback and what was happening. Once sold the service was equally good and we relied on Michael rather than our solicitor for updates. We would highly recommend Balgores at Brentwood

TrustpilotUnderpricing for quick sale and commission
Balgores agent grossly underpriced my property. Simply looking for a quick sale and thus quick commission. Took me for a fool. Will put property with another estate agent, who priced it accurately.

As someone who has purchased a property from Balgores I’d like to thank Sarah Oakley from the Basildon branch who has been my best friend throughout this. She has constantly kept me up to date, given me more information than most people, chased people and kept me sane....
