GoogleWhat can I say, The team at Cousins made the selling of my house and moving to our new one so much easier and smoother than I thought. ASK for Sharon, what an amazing lady....what a POWERHOUSE!! If its there to be done or info has to be found, Sharon will do and with the best sense of humour. Could not recommend Cousins (mostly Sharon 😉) highly enough, oh and Elvis says thankyou too 😊

Special mention particularly goes to Sarah who always goes above and beyond to make sure she finds the right tenants for the properties and is always at the end of the phone for support and advice when I need it.

I would highly recommend using this estate agent to anybody especially if you have Sharon handling your case for you. From making our first telephone call to enquire about placing our house on the market to the handing over of the keys on completion day they did everything that was possible to ensure the sale was completed in a timely fashion Sharon took a personal interest to ensure we were kept informed of everything that was happening. All this was done during difficult times and her positive outlook and confidence really helped us achieve a realistic price for our property. GoogleWhoa, you sound so pitiful, and we didn't withhold any information, we had no idea we had such stuff. Your terrible behaviour and the way you responded to me are completely needless, making a mockery of me and exposing your true nature. You should be ashamed of yourselves if you have treated me in this manner in front of your customers. Wow, given what your firm just shown, I sincerely hope you don't receive any positive ratings.

GoogleWe had to sell a house we inherited, but which required work to be done, so it would be of interest to the investor market only. We signed up a week before Covid-19 took hold, but Cousins supported us well, despite staff being furloughed, they found a buyer and kept in touch with all parties by phone and made the process as pain free as possible. Mention in despatches go to Colin and Aron in particular, who were both professional and supportive in this difficult time.... 10/10 boysPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleGreat service - particularly from Sharon. We have had quite a few issues with getting our sale completed - none of which were due to Cousins. At all points Cousins remained professional - and persistent - liaising with the buyer and solicitors. Always readily available when needed. I would happily recommend, and use Cousins' services in the future - DC.

GoogleDishonest and dodgy. We have been completely scammed by these guys. Please do not use them. They took our deposit for a property and spent it. When our deal fell through and we wanted a the deposit back, they claimed the landlord had it. He didn't. They spun us lie after lie, let us apply for planning whilst knowing full well they had stopped doing business with the landlord before we applied. We only found out after our planning was approved and subsequently lost money on the application. We looked into these guys after this and found that not only had they been investigated before but they have a habit of claiming bankruptcy and register again under a PLC or ltd and start their scam all over again. Please do not trust these guys. When we did get our deposit back it was in small amounts over 2 months...We have seen them take money out of other people's deposits from the safe in order to pay us. Do not go near them.
We welcome all RESPONSIBLE tenants! All our deposits are kept in an approved government scheme. If you return the house in as good condition as received, you will get your deposit back!
