GoogleCan't say I'm very pleased with the customer service from this letting agency. Went to view a property in the dark! M11 near city ground. Estate agent turned up basically said 'no lights' but can still view the property... X2 flights of stairs in the dark! health & safety out the window then! 2 guys tripped up the stairs, 1 lady went upstairs to see the loft space, nearly tripped down the stairs. I've attached a pic where I tripped up the stairs myself. The bottom step is higher than normal, carpets had plastic protection fair enough, but dark carpets, no lights! had there been light at the property that poor guy wouldn't of fell and banged his knee on the stairs People had their phone torches on to view the property. Bits of brick was falling off the feature fireplace wall. Back garden is a cry for help! Halogen lights couple of them weren't screwed in. You'd of thought for the amount of rent your paying, the property be inspected to make sure fixtures & fittings aren't falling to bits before viewings took place...just saying. Estate agent was faffing about, couldn't find the reason why there was no lights. Didn't bother to notify the landlord. You'd think you'd check the place out first before letting people view a property, nevermind in the dark! Clearly saw on the day health & safety wasn't a concern. The worst viewing I've had with these estate agents.
