GoogleAwful , selling my property through Springbok and sale going through. Received a call at 5.20pm 24/3/17 from Jack asking me to call back regarding the sale. No other message. Naturally I was worried and called back as soon as I got home at 5.30pm. No reply. Left several messages and eventually spoke to someone at the buying department who assured me they would have Jack call me back immediately. 8.30pm no call, worried something has gone wrong. Utterly awful disgusting service

GoogleJust sold our house with Springbok. They were quick to get it on the market for us and managed to secure a few viewings really quickly and the 1st one came back to us with an offer, slightly too low but this was negotiated up to a price we were happy with. Quick result!!! My only negative would be the length of time the solicitors took to exchange, felt they could have moved faster as it took 12 weeks! But I think they are all the same!

GoogleI called this company today about a house for sale in Worcester. Even though the house has only been on the market for less than a week, they refused to let me make a viewing. I told them that I was a cash buyer and would most likely offer substantially more than the asking price, as the house was under valued. I was quickly told that they had already had 25 viewings in the one day it has been marketed and would not be taking any more offers!! When I explained to them, that this should be the vendors decision - they told me that the vendor had agreed with them already. But the vendor was not aware of me as a serious buyer at a higher price (or judging by the interest on this house - anybody else who may call up). When I expressed my concern that it is worrying that 'them' as agents weren't even prepared to talk to me, find out my position and qualify me as a serious buyer - I was told that they had spoken to me on the phone for 3 1/2 minutes and that was sufficient. I hope that the vendor they are dealing with is of sound mind and knows exactly what he/she is agreeing to with this agent!! To tell a vendor to market a house for one day only and accept the highest offer after only one day of viewing is not good advice. If the agents had any moral compass about them, they would surely advice the vendor to market the house for at least two weeks and THEN ask for best and final!! But that would mean that the agent has to wait longer for their commission - which is more than likely a flat fee (so achieving a higher price for the vendor is irrelevant to them), as they seriously are not interested in taking a higher offer from me!! Very frustrated!!

GoogleAlthough I see from negative on-line reviews that other people have had problems, in my case the people I dealt with at Springbok were very helpful in ensuring that a difficult transaction (the person selling the property was elderly and infirm and they were only able to communicate with her through a relative) went through. In the process, I had to renegotiate the price as the survey revealed a number of undisclosed problems. Springbok managed the process of communication in a timely manner and kept me informed when the seller's deteriorating health slowed the process down. In all honesty, given that the property I was purchasing was inexpensive, I suspect that they had to work very hard for a modest fee.

GoogleHi we got in touch with springbok properties November 2014 to sell a house in Jarrow Tyne and Wear there local representative was very professional but friendly he looked round the house and gave his assessment and also how much we might expect to receive and the asking price to put down. As it was late November we did not expect to much but within a couple of weeks a few people had been to see the property and where happy with what they saw. Then Christmas came so seemed we was on hold but all the time we where kept informed by Springbok what was happening then early in February the first people that had looked at the property had put an offer in for the property,Even stranger it was within a few thousand pounds of the original estimate. We did actual end up accepting the buyers second offer.The house had been on and of the market a few times over the years and we had not had one potential buyer. But within weeks Springbok Properties had come up with a few and we finally had the house sold within two months. So well done all at Springbok Properties have and will pass your company on to others and when we sell again Springbok will be first on the list of Estate Agents

GoogleAfter trying a few other estate agents to sell my tenanted property without success I decided to contact Springbok. I needed a quick cash sale and was not disappointed. They were honest and realistic from the start about the valuation and helped me through the process, including chasing up both solicitors through what was a far from straight forward conveyancing process. The tenant was allowed to stay in the property after the sale which was a bonus. I was delighted to finally achieve a sale at a time when I was convinced that it would never happen. Anyone who requires a quick sale (for whatever reason) rather than waiting months or even years holding out for close to the full market value would be wise to consider Springbok Properties.
