He put the property on the market on Saturday, arranged viewings by Monday, the viewing on Tuesday, flat was sold the same afternoon. By Wednesday morning the deposit had already been taken.
His communication, efficiency, and professionalism were second to none. He made the whole process feel smooth and stress free.

Be prepared to sell at a low price and to do some things online, eg ID check, but then appreciate that Springbok will do their utmost to complete the sale asap. When our first buyer fell through, they quickly found another. Becci Simmons was our liaison once the second sale had been agreed and did a splendid job of keeping us up-to-date with developments. We used the Springbok solicitors (AFG Law) who worked very hard with Becci and ourselves to achieve the exchange and completion. Our property had been on the market for over a year but thanks to Springbok is now sold.

The biggest regret I had was having Springbok on board to sale my property. It started great with biggest promises for high price and quick sale. After few weeks we were informed that the market is not great and had to drop the price, which we did. We kept them for three months and we had one viewing. After the contract was terminated and we almost sold our property through another agent, we received an email with the list of people who called them with interest about our flat. Then we found out that our potential buyer is one of them, which shocked us profusely . Springbok insisted on paying to them the commission of £7000.00 plus VAT fees if that sale went through. We were completely demoralised and we had to stop the sale immediately, which was bad because the sale was in the final stage. I’m asking that ‘GREAT’ Springbok Property , who gives them permission to keep our property on the market for extra month and why they never told us about all people who showed interest in our property on time. You guys from Springbok team are unbelievable . With easy hand just taking your commission just for few minutes telephone conversation. You didn’t complain with the Law , you didn’t told us those people names. We are blaming you for ruining our sale and our future plans. Whoever read my review, please be aware that Springbok is not what they represent themselves. AVOID Springbok Property if you can.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Our agreements include provisions relating to buyers introduced to a property during the contractual period, which can continue to apply where an introduced buyer subsequently proceeds with a purchase, even if another agent later becomes involved. These provisions are intended to protect the work undertaken in introducing a purchaser rather than prevent a seller from remarketing their property elsewhere. We appreciate that discovering your subsequent buyer had previously been introduced through Springbok was frustrating, particularly when your new sale had progressed significantly. However, any entitlement arising from an introduced buyer is governed by the terms agreed at the outset rather than simply being a charge for a telephone conversation.
