Prompt and efficient

This review is focusing on my interaction with Rich, sales negotiator. So far so good, very prompt and efficient. Only improvement I would recommend is to let the customer know that there is a next person taking over, "sales progressor" after offer being accepted. Note that the timing of deposit payment can be negotiated, I've ask to pay the deposit once surveyance is done so don't let that put you off. Unlike the other Highstreet estate agents, there is a fee of £396. Another thing about this company is that the owners shows you their property themselves which I think its a plus in two ways (1) not push their solicitors and/or surveyor on you (2) the owner can tell you a lot more about the place and their situation.

After being with a standard agent for 6months and having only 1 viewing I went with Springbok yes I took an offer under my initial asking price but as it hadn't sold it was costing me in bills council tax, utilities etc and would have continued to do so. so I accepted a fair offer and deposits were paid by buyers of the house yesterday 2a d half months after I went with Springbok. Also the communication was excellent

Not a bad experience

Overall the experience of using Springbok wasn't bad. Selling the house was a bit of issue as there is a pressure to drop the price much lower than the agreed sale price. If you're prepared to do this then you will get a very sale. We felt at this point that a regular Estate Agent would have been a better option. However, once we sold the process was easy. Tom our progress or was amazing. He kept in contact regularly throughout, and did everything he could to get us the completion date we wanted. Thanks Tom.

I am currently buying a property through Springbok Properties, who had a propety advertised on Rightmove. This is the first time I've heard of them and was very wary but I looked into their background and also their sales Negotiator, James Keating was very helpful with my queries as I had reservations about the buying process, thank you! They are a fast sale specialist and have a hybrid method of selling similar to auctions. They were very quick to get me a viewing on the property and also arranged a second viewing. James was quick at responding back and clarifying matters, which was very helpful, as a first time buyer and thanks to him we were able to get here. Currently, we are in the conveyancing stage and went with a panel solicitor through Springbok and we're hoping the next stage goes as quickly and smoothly! 4 stars for now, as we've not completed the purchase yet and will update later!

We sent an offer on 8/11/2024 after viewing. We also stated we had room to negotiate.We were told we would have an answer on the 11th. My wife called them various times that day, to be told they would pass the message to the 'negotiator' to call her. We did finally get through to him late in the day and he said the vendor was on holiday and they would call tomorrow (the 12th).On the 12th we were told another offer was accepted. We enquired about why ours were rejected and were told it was due to our circumstances (we had no chain and had a mortgage in place and was willing to increase our offer and take on any left behind waste/furniture).We have recently found out that the offer accepted was the same value as ours and our offer was never sent to the vendor.So Springbok as accepted an offer on behalf of the vendor and taken a deposit from the buyer leaving the vendor no option but to pay large exit fees or go ahead with the deal.I have to wonder. Why was the other offer accepted and ours not put forward...
