GoogleSHOCKING! Do not bother. Had to ring them 7 times to try and get a viewing booked and then on the day of the viewing they didn't even turn up for it. Kieran the manager over at there Manchester office insisted that he'd be there the next day at 6pm to show me around the property but he then cancels it 5 minutes before the viewing! Unbelievably unprofessional. Buy a property elsewhere guys!

GoogleThe worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. I made an offer on a property which was initially accepted, only for the agent to call back to advise that the property was attracting bids in excess of 10k of the original asking price, though I could have the property if I exceeded my bid. I then saw that the property had been re-advertised for a much lower price. I spoke to the switchboard who confirmed that no offers had been made and was still for sale. I am very suspicious of the tactics deployed by the agent and wonder if there is an ulterior motive. Be aware of this estate agents and a sales agents named Osian Williams. Horrible service will be taking this matter further

GoogleGood service - I recently bought a property via Spingbok, initially dealing with Britney, who was excellent, very patient, and helped to arrange multiple viewings of the property. Following this, for sales progression, I was passed on to Natalie, who again was excellent. She was through, professional, and helped to chase up solicitors and generally ran round to make the sale as smooth as possible. The only reason I can't give Springbok five stars is that prior to getting contact with Natalie, there was a period of about a week when I couldn't get any information from anyone - which was frustrating. All told however, a good service and would recommend.

GoogleI bought a property through springbok and I wish I had used them to sell my property! Lovely to talk to, enthusiastic and helpful - replied to every question I had within a couple of hours, always followed up when they said they would, and were immensely helpful in keeping everything moving along. Having just moved house I am not sure I will ever be able to summon up the energy to do it again, but if I do I will definitely use them. Much better and way, way cheaper than the estate agent I used, and very effective too - I know they had at least two offers on the house within 48 hours of putting it on the market! Highly recommended.

GoogleAt first the service was good. A helpful man came out to view and price the property. The property sold within a week, they were really positive at first. Then the problems started we had a lot of problems with the solicitors they use Richardson Law, the sale took 6 month to complete in total. The solicitors totally dragged their heals. I did have problems at times contacting our agent. But he was always pleasant when we spoke to him. Definitely not a quick sale company. I Wouldn't use a quick sale company again.

GoogleI have been very pleased with the way Springbok has handled the selling of my property. The house had an offer in the first 24hrs and they straight away set to work on making sure we understood the process, and kept us informed on offers and dealt with the buyer as a inbetween negotiator. I’m pleased that they got the best offer for us. Ben our agent, has constantly kept us up to date with calls, emails and text messages on what’s happening and has communicated throughout each step. He is very pleasant and demonstrates good understanding in the estate agent industry. Highly recommended company
