GoogleCompleted the online form in order to receive a cash offer as advertised. Instead I received a phone call looking to establish how desperate I was to sell. No site of a cash offer. FALSE ADVERTISING Probably collecting personal details to sell on to mailing lists too.....

We went for fixed price sale. We're told the buyer wouldn't pay the asking price and talked us down £2000. Memorandum of sale shows they buyer paid £150,000 so they did pay the asking price but you just ensured you got even bigger profit

All queries I’ve had have been dealt with promptly, and Vicky Coffey has kept in touch with updates and information - she’s been a great help. The reason for 4 instead of 5 is that my dealings are currently ongoing, so I cannot comment/rate on all aspects of their services.

People's experiences really seem to vary but ours wasn't very good. I was offered the earth by the chatty salesperson but they couldn't deliver. I wouldn't recommend Springbok. Read every bit of their smallprint.
