Regrettably, despite our attempts to contact the vendor following your enquiry, we did not receive a response until the vendor advised that there was a change in circumstances which meant the property would be withdrawn from the market, ultimately leading to you not receiving the home report. We acknowledge that this information was not relayed to you and you then did not receive the home report and for that, we are sorry.
