We do have multiple selling avenues, one of which is predominantly for customers who are in need of selling very quickly, sometimes due to financial difficulty or other situations that require a transaction to be completed in under standard timeframes. This option does ultimately offer less, which is industry standard for a property being bought without the need for finance and not being required to go on the market. Regarding your concern about the offer not being passed to the vendor, we assure you that we are committed to following ethical practices. In this particular case, our agent exercised their professional judgment in line with the autonomy given to them by the seller. We also want to address your concern about the phone call's quality. Having reviewed the phone call in question, there seems to have been issues with the connection toward the end, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the poor connection. Lastly, we do also agree early on with our vendors that we will not agree sales with our sellers' properties unless the buyer in question has the ability to purchase without the requirement of selling a property before purchasing onward and we understand that you did have a property to sell. We do appreciate that this may not be a common practice, but ultimately is in place for our vendors to provide them with a secure and quick transaction.
